After listening to the entire thing I am entirely on Vixen's side. There was a misunderstanding and Vixen tried to clear the air by text and Bob didn't respond, instead electing to bring the issue out into the open on IG live where the Vixen is forced to explain herself in front of all of Bob and Monet's fans. You don't have to agree with Vixen's point, but she is completely right this is an issue about black queens that should be resolved inside the community. Now instead we have all these nonblack fans throwing in their two cents about an issue that really does not concern them. I completely agree that this is highkey shady on Bob's part and he knew exactly what he was doing.

The Vixen's entire life, livelihood and meaning in life is tied up being a perpetual victim and seeing discrimination EVERYWHERE. Therefore when a fellow black queen notes the nuance in situations- she can't handle it because it threatens her power.
