I believe the two dudes in the light colored suits are the Thomas twins. One of them is a master trumpet player, which you see him playing here at the end. So this would be the 33rd ward (eventually the 4th ward absorbed the 33rd.)

Those are definitely the Empey Bros. So this must be the 10th Ward.
