    Flote discontnued their stands some years ago, despite being the greatest stand ever created. I still use it every day and have not found a suitable replacement. The problem with Flote stands was the not so great grip and the wear and tear of the chromed ball joint, w hich is almost impossible to replace. Fortunately Flote sent to me two spares for free!

    Does the back portion that serves as the clip seem vulnerable to snapping off? I'm a little leery of it for that reason.

    Don't mind the sound. I will say however... Where is the review? This was a commercial. I just got mine and it smells of a nasty chemical and I'm now wondering if it is safe. I am wondering if the I assume non USA legal die on it that looks nothing like the pictures when I ordered are going to rub off, and or make me ill. Wish people did real reviews not just show the product stuff.

    The background music is incredibly annoying making hard to listen to your voice. It's distracting rather than amusing. I prefer you used it in the intro and slowly died off and nothing but your voice should I hear. Nice video but please avoid the music I was struggling to stay all the way through.

    Bruce Wayne The GS330 does not have a GPS incorporated. it can not record your car's speed. On the other hand the GS260 had a GPS input, so, with an external GPS hooked-up it can record your car's speed - Check a full review here - coolpile.com/gadgets-magazine/papago-gs260-us-rear-view-mirror-full-hd-dashcam-product-review

    Hi forbearance39 , The backpack is OK. I used it for the past 9 months (light-medium usage - some daily commute, some weekend trips) and it is still in good shape. No problems at all. I hope this helps. Emil @ CoolPile.com

    Thanks for the review. If it is has LapTop dedicated pocket, most important is not only the rear padding towards our back ...BUT a special padding for the bottom of the laptop when kept inside the bag. Many bag manufacturers forgot about this danger. A workstation laptop like Lenovo W530 is very heavy and very expensive if top of the line model. When one place a bag on the floor, a laptop will be the heaviest of all the item in the bag and it will hit the floor first ( thru the bag & absorber). So not only padding is important for bottom side but the dedicated laptop section must "float" like 4-5 cm above bag bottom so that when we place bag on the floor, the laptop will not be the item at lowest portion of the bag. I just got a Samsonite 15.6" Laptop bag and still looking for others for my 2 kids Lenovo W540-s. I use Pelican hardcase for real heavy duty work, but indeed a soft backpack version we must also have as it is easy to carry, albeit not so great protection. Again thanks for the review.

    Hi Surya Prihadi, The CaseLogic BEBP-115-BLACK has bottom protection in both compartments - the main compartment has a lighter padding, while the laptop compartment has a thicker shock absorbing protection. The laptop compartment goes straight to the bottom of the backpack and it "does not float" as you mention in your comment. While this feature could help indeed as you suggest, I am using this backpack since 6 months ago with various laptops and tablets and I never experienced physical damage or other problems with my gear. It's also true that I usually pay more attention and I am more carefully with my gear than the average Joe out there :) ... Pelican and Samsonite products are great too when you're ready to sacrifice a bit of portability for some extra protection. So I guess it comes down to your particular needs and how you'll use the bag ... Emil @ CoolPile.com

    Is it a good backpack to make short travels? I mean I want to carry my 13" notebook, some stuffs, and 2 t-shirts, 1 pants, some underwears...

  • @TheCoolPile
    @TheCoolPile9 жыл бұрын

    Hi Renner Arruda, Yes, you can use it for short trips (admitting you'll only take "2 t-shirts, 1 pants, some underwears" with you :)). You can carry your laptop in the laptop compartment and the rest of your gear in the main pocket. If you also throw in a pair of shoes or more clothing ... things might start to get complicated :) Emil @ CoolPile.com

    Why put a phone in your wallet? You have to take out your wallet with all the cash and cards if the phone rings, or if you want to use the phone for anything. I have the tiny JooJoobs card wallet, very nice, but a phone, especially a smartphone that you need to get to repeatedly, would be much more accessible if it was carried separately from your wallet. Smartphone wallets make no sense to me.

  • @TheCoolPile
    @TheCoolPile10 жыл бұрын

    Sorry for my late answer ... I had the same opinion before I tried it ... basically, even tough all you say is true, the main advantage is you have to carry 1 item instead of two. I always have the wallet on me and the smartphone stays in the wallet around 1/2 of time. When I am chatting with someone or working I simply keep it on the desk, but when I travel/commute it's always in the wallet. I also paired a Bluetooth earpiece and work like a charm to me. :)

    thebarak :) Bluetooth or even regular headphones. I use a 4.7in phone and the headphones fit very well. 5-in phones should fit is the headphones jack is angled at 90 degrees
