  @Hugo: I'm especially interested in the practical aspects of redirecting voice calls and text messages to such an AI service that I may setup since any AI/automated solution that I come up with, will depend on that cost and ability which wil impact the sellability of my solution to anyone out there. I suspect a lot of that will relate to call/message forwarding features/services provided by a peron's/business's cellular service provider (mobile carrier). Any experiences out there (@Hugo or others) on this side of the topic?

  Well I've worked with redirecting from AI to Human or AI to AI but never Human to AI. I'm sure its possible and quite valuble.

  Well we could test the agent to see the response and then if it isn’t up to standard simply prompt it with something like “if the prospect is aggressive about trying to find out the price. Calmly say “I understand your frustration, in order to provide the best quote for you we need to see the items in person”” Something like this would help the agent respond well to angry prospects

  I just meant like per API call to scrape for example a page on the internet in general. This works great for a few pages but if you want to do 10,000 or something every hour it may not be a great option at scale yet unless using an open source model.

  Really impressive man. I am a Sales Rep for HPE and I have been trying to parse several SaaS applications together. For instance, I use SalesLoft for Cadences, ZoomInfo/LinkedIn Nav for Prospecting. My issue has been generated PERSONALIZED Emails for my prospects that I am pulling since ChatGPT is unable to see LinkedIn or Zoominfo due to browsing tool limitations.

  Я сделал такую интеграцию с помощью calendar google. Ассистент ChatGPT4o имеет инструкцию, что он менеджер по продажам, должен выяснить все подробности от клиента и запланировать встречу. Так же в инструкции к ассистенту прописано, что сообщения, которые в начале имеют приписку "system:", это сообщение от системы и клиент его не видит. Когда клиент хочет назначить время или дошёл до нужного этапа, ассистент пишет ему "сейчас посмотрю время, ожидайте" если роутер видит, что ассистент написал такое сообщение, тогда через гугл календарь узнаём занятые слоты, затем помечаем сообщение "system: Вот список назначенных встреч на следующие три дня {{[1].start}} {{[1].end}}..., выбери свободные промежутки длинной в два часа и предложи клиенту выбрать удобное время". Клиенту приходит сообщение в естественном виде. Когда клиент выбрал время, ассистент подтверждает время в нужном формате, например "Договорились, бронирую нашу встречу #time 17.06.2024 13:00" из сообщения от ассистента мы перехватываем регулярное выражение #time (\d{2}\.\d{2}\.\d{4} \d{2}:\d{2}) и на его основе создаём событие в гугл календаре длиной в 2 часа. По сути, я использую естественные фразы, которые обычно говорят менеджеры по продажам, как идентификаторы, по которым запускаются разные ветки сценария. Например, если клиент спрашивает про погоду, то ассистент пишет "сейчас посмотрю погоду, подождите", роутер видит сообщение и следующий модуль возвращает нужные данные либо как системное сообщение, чтобы ИИ его сам переписал для клиента, либо сразу клиенту. Так что метод универсальный и его достаточно просто реализовать. Кстати, на платформе make можно так же перехватывать функции, которые прописаны на платформе openAI, но я так и не разобрался, как работать с данными, которые запрашивает функция внутри одного сценария, так как через веб хук я могу перехватить данные в другом сценарии, но не в текущем. Если решить этот вопрос, то инструкция будет короче и будет выполняться намного точнее, что позволит добавить 5 или даже 10 функций в сценарий. Если ты знаешь, как использовать функции ассистента в самом make.com внутри одного сценария, обязательно напиши или сделай видео.

  At the end of the video there is a demo with no cuts so that you can see the silences. You would be able to simply interrupt the agent and say “oh actually I also want “X” picked up” and it will deal with it just fine

  Conversion rate is such a difficult question to answer as this depends on inbound or outbound whether or not the clients offer is good etc… The “AI” side of it I would judge yourself whether it sounds like AI for you and would you care

I'm thinking a google sheet of the customer, their phone and email address, details of the quote and the scheduled meeting. Can vapi capture more information about the potential customer? and it looks like make have a google sheets integration

  Well the full address is auto done by the google maps api however if you mean specific address that could be asked for via text say on the day of the quote.

  It’s worth bearing in mind that a postcode provides different data depending on your country. For example, in some countries a postcode might cover hundreds of kilometres sq, but in England, a postcode is typically a portion of a single street, so you can most often identify a single property with a house/building number and postcode such as 37, PR1 8XX (that’s a fake postcode BTW); you can look up the postcode and property number and know the exact address.

  @@Innesb That is a really good point. Since I live in England, I could use postcodes as they cover small areas. For others, the agent should request the full address.
