Great video man! Mornings seems amazingly peaceful with two small ones! It is not the same in our case 😅Awesome that you are prioritizing your health btw! And nice to get some time for gaming at the end of the day, but at 5 pm? When do you get home, and how much time do you have with your kids before bed? I work for myself as well, and I usually go pick up the kids after 330! :)

Thanks man! Really appreciate it. Yeah, our mornings are usually pretty good! But putting the kids down is usually more of a challenge ha And yes! At five, I like to play one or two rounds for about 20-30 min to disconnect from work then I go home and hang with the family for about 2 hours before putting the kids down. 😊

what did you start doing to gain back your energy was just running earlier in the morning?

I’ve really focused on eating better throughout the day (what I eat the day before directly impacts how I feel after the morning) and I try to get quality sleep. Makes a huge difference!
