Have been facing postpartum hair loss as well. Have tried PHS and current trying Ksisters. It’s very difficult to find a suitable shampoo for myself so really is a lot of trial and error. Haha

@@TrishhYounggI’ve been using pHs for a few years as it’s really hard to find a suitable one. If it’s unsuitable, my hair turns oily with dandruff within 3-5d. Haha. It helped initially before I got pregnant for my hair loss issue but I guess postpartum is a whole new level. 🤣 so I’m trying ksisters. So far so good.

Yessss.. I can totally relate.. everyday I just claw clip me hair & get on with it. But in the shower, it’s pretty scary! It’ll be okay tho! I’ve heard 9month-ish if when things get better hopefully.. If not all we can do it keep trying :)

I think I have anticipatory fear about the post Partum hair loss too cos I heard it may peak when bb is abt 4 months old. ( bb is 3.5 month now) I tried the k sister shampoo previously too, think I didn’t see any significant impact on me though.( I was losing hair because of stress back then though) Jia you fellow mummy!

Same here. I started using Phytopecia shampoo & tonic the moment I delivered o it of anticipatory fear too! For me, I find the tonic to be a lot more effective esp after blow drying. I can see very tint hairs growing at my fringe area still a long way to go but all we can do is try.

I'm a 2nd time mum and it is never easier. Am a exclusive pump mum, and recently after almost getting mastitis (had fever), supply has dropped significantly. Learning to let go and not track the numbers anymore as well, and keeping a less stressed mindset. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and feelings too !

Wow.. you are a resilient mummy! Thank you for sharing. Yes supply issues are so challenging & complex. I’m just meeting baby’s demand but everyday I’m fighting the urge to over pump whenever I doubt myself. Think that’s why I decided tracking wasn’t good for me. Hope you’re doing better after the mastitis episode. Pls take time to recover.

I’m exclusively pumping and also used to be obsessed with tracking pump volume and baby’s milk intake but your sharing is a reminder that what truly matters is that baby is healthy happy and fed! 😊

Thanks Estellla ❤ Honestly I still feel guilty of not tracking but in someways it’s a blessing in disguise that the pitcher method worked out for me. At least it triggers the next step of packing for me & gives me a gauge of how many pumps went into it rather than for me to keep feeling defeated over the mls I record after every pump.

I feel you. Hence my philosophy is as long as baby is fed, she’s happy and safe, I am happy too. *though there are times that I am struggling with low supply, and thinking of ways to increase it.* haha

Yea it’s like I’ve heard that since I was pregnant but I guess having to live thru this experience really solidifies the message ‘fed is best’. Truly only mummies can understand this journey! Not easy when supply gets low. There’s so much info out there can be overwhelming too! Hope you’re doing ok!

Only 3 steps currently, toner, essence/serum and moisturiser plus eye cream. 😅 2nd time mummy of a 3month+ bb girl and have got to be really quick in this. Probably can spend more time in skincare when my girl is bigger. 😂 Like when my boy was older i could spend more time in skincare haha

i'm oily dehydrated. i use this instead of my gel moisturizer. gives me about 3-4hrs wear depending if i use powder on top.
