  We actually use two pieces! A down stem and a bowl! The reason for it is that removing the whole down stem makes it easier to break (they’re very fragile) while a bowl is more durable. I use 14 mm pieces but some people use 18 mm.

  This is terrible info that’s categorically wrong. Anyone who has dabbed even a single time would know u can’t take a dab when the banger is anywhere near red hot, it would just ignite, combust, and definitely not vaporize so u wouldn’t even be dabbing you’d be smoking, which is not what a dab is. Dabs are vaporized via convection heating. A nice temperature is anywhere from 450°F on the low end to 600° F at the high end
