  It's just crazy how one small state can be so divided. North Jersey is to over populated, you get no open space, no privacy, u barely get any green "grass & trees." The homes and apartments are ridiculously overpriced... Meanwhile, one hour downstate, in South Jersey, is the total opposite: fewer people, open space, privacy, green grass, and treees... The homes and apartments in South Jersey are bigger and better for half the price she mentioned... Also, next to one of the biggest cities in America, Philadelphia... Plus, it's better living for a family

  Love that my community is upgrading the environment. But they are literally making these to PUSH those who've grow in Orange out. What person with kids can afford shit like this? IN THIS DAY AND AGE? I've watched this place be built month by month as I hop on and off 280 highway. These new places are being bought and rebuilt for commuters from NY and it's fck'd up.

For The Carriages, Berkeley Heights their range is $1,1750,000 to around $1,275,000 approx. base. Going through the preferred lender does offer incentives.
