8 years after discovering your channel I finally bought a Motorcycle. In a way I enjoyed the life of riding through yours and others motovlogs. But since you had slowed down on the KZread videos I began to have other interests, then my wife wanted to give it a try. Now we both are riding and have to give you some of the credit for showing us the life many years ago. I got a 18’ Kawasaki Versys 650, and she got a 19’ Ninja 400.
Hey Walter, I have a question for you since you're one of the few people I've seen with long time ownership of a KTM. In a nutshell, with everything you've done with your Super Duke, would you buy another one? I'm getting into riding in the next few months (maybe next year, 'cause winter is a thing here), and I'm eyeing up the 390 Duke as my first bike. Everything I've seen of short term reviews are positive, but looking into KTM bikes for more long term has me a little leery now. So I'm seeking opinions. Yay, nay, meh?

What happen to the jeep?
I have a DR350SE, and it can easily do 70mph, often up to 80 if its flat with no headwind without too much struggle (it does have 6 gears though). Can the DRZ 400 really not do more than about 60 without being strained or wobbling?
She'll cruise at 70 just fine. The rear sprocket is up a few teeth so a normal DRZ is even faster.

KZread Motovlogger 'Spicy110' has one of these, he's done many videos on maintenance, a review and general Motovlogs (bikers rights, does and donts, points of views etc) while riding it around. They're great bikes, but DO have their drawbacks (like they're not great for maintaining high speeds/highway runs etc), but they're IMMENSE FUN around country lanes and Twisties! 👍 If you've not watched any of his content, do so, they're worth a watch. 😎🇬🇧

I miss these times
I want to get a motorcycle again. I had one but i was little but i grew quite a lot ( I'm 6'9) Anyone got any advice for a decent starter bike that i can fit on. I live in a small town and there's not a dealership anywhere close to me so i can't go test which one i like.

Man I haven’t seen a walteriffic video in years. It’s weird how the KZread algorithm works. This is no hate and I love Walter but to come back to all of the biggest motovloger channels like Walter, Dan, jake, and all the other guys who pulled millions of views not even getting close anymore. It’s honestly a shame because these guys had great content and I miss all of them. And the big motovlog meet ups were so cool and it’s just a reminder how times change and the new content on KZread doesn’t even compare to the greatness it use to be. Love you Walter and wish you all the best and I hope the genre can get a resurgence. Oh how life use to be so simple

I bought a SEICANE unit for my 2012 Jeep Wrangler. (DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. MORE BELOW.) And two other units from two other companies. Every unit comes with dash replacement panels from the same factory in China. AND THEY DO NOT FIT. No matter who you buy from. They will not clip into the dash. Even with new clips. I even had two professional installers try. The tabs that hold the clips on the replacement dash parts are also very fragile. The only solution I could come up with was pretty redneck. But it works. I used an adjustable bungie cord from HD. You can either epoxy two ziptie anchors the head unit itself. Or you can place screws in the existing holes in the head unit housing and bungee to those. Basically you run the bungee around the metal dash frame behind the unit. Into the ziptie or screws you place in the head unit. That literally sucks the head unit and replacement dash bezel into the dash. The clip tabs on that bezel line up with the existing holes. So it stays centered and confirms with the dash. And the stereo is held in place very snuggly with the bungee cord. Android head units are well worth it. For about $200 you get basically an stereo that is an android tablet. That does infinitely more than any US name brand stereo that costs $2000+. Ainavi is a good seller on AliExpress. I've put Android head units in the last three vehicles I've owned and been overjoyed with how well they work. But SEICANE is a scammy company. I would avoid them. I'm trying to return a unit that is bad. And had to open a PayPal dispute. They refuse to give me a US return address. So that I can send it back for a refund. They keep stating I have to send it back to China. And keep offering discounts. It's been hell. Avoid them. The XDA forum is your friend. You will need to do some settings work if you use one of these units. But the installation is normally very easy. So if you want plug and play. Go spend $2000 plus installiinin a US unit.
