Say "Hello" to Wisconsin Cheese. Wonderful, mouthwatering Wisconsin Cheese. With over 600 varieties, types and styles, the enjoyment possibilities are limitless -- and always delicious. That's why, when people think of cheese, they think of Wisconsin.
As the nation's top cheese producer, Wisconsin is home to classic, specialty and artisan cheesemaking. The state's 1,200 cheesemakers, many of whom are third- and fourth-generation, continue to pass on old-world traditions while adopting modern methods in cheesemaking craftsmanship. It's no wonder Wisconsin Cheese wins more awards than any U.S. state or nation in the world. Welcome to America's Dairyland.
Proudly brought to you by the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, the Dairy Farm Families of Wisconsin.

That cheese was older than me
I don't think I would want to eat 28 year old milk. I just find the concept odd.

1st!
Thank you for being straight to the point and the nicely made stop motion animations
Bake at 350 for how long? Flawed videos are trash. Add pertinent info so people can follow…. Damn, that statement is a tshirt… will put it out there… people need good info to make what your showing. This is not negative info…want to see you do better… so do better….
I'm having it rn and it's super good
Does anyone recommend any types of ranch I can use as a dip for this? Or just any dipping sauce you think I should try?
Son of a beech. I thought the 8 and 12 year old I bought was extreme. And those things gave you instant meat sweats. If you know, you know.
Pretty cool!!!
Yummy…’or order was just delivered and I’m contemplating trying this for a gathering this Saturday. Wondering what other coatings might be good other than panko… would cornmeal work? Or just flour?
looks great but you forget french baquet
Its very interesting and benefit to me ✨
I'm curious if adding bacon and a dusting of rosemary would detract from the simplicity.. Oh and smoking the cream cheese for a couple hours.

Why?
I am really loving this Cheeseboard recipe, it's the best I have seen on the internet yet. I will try it out, yum.
I live a few blocks from Z(zahn) cheese. Bought a half a pound of it for 40$
Of course you can just do this in the oven too, don't need an air fryer.
This is stupid easy, heck yes. Thank you for not being like five minutes too long.
I appreciate the cheesy jokes.
it's so interesting
I'm originally from Belgium, now in the US for 26 years and we used to be able to buy the cheeses imported from the Netherlands (Gouda) and Switzerland ( Emmentaler/Appenzeller).Here in the US the only cheese that I find doable is from Sargento and their Swiss cheese and Aged Swiss comes close but it's certainly not the same. Unfortunately, their Gouda is fast from the gouda we used to buy in Belgium and sat the markets across the border in Tilburg. I also learned Gouda is not named after the city in the Netherlands but it defines the special ingredients and way of making it. Interesting video......... And the Gouda they showed here looks very close to the one in Holland, wished I could find it here....
I get the feeling that you don't live in Wisconsin in the US, the problem is that all of our best cheese makers are in one very small state in a country of over 330 million people. Less than 6 million people live in Wisconsin, and Sargento is the biggest Wisconsin based cheese company that has the largest national reach, which means that people who don't live directly in Wisconsin don't get to try the best, freshest cheese we have, because our country is simply too big to shift professional craftsman-level cheese to every state and customer.
Love u Wisconsin
I really wish they had more stories like this in the news instead of shootings, death, murder, politics, protest and accusation of racism. Tell me about old cheeses, cute dogs, acts of bravery.
Wtf
I wish there had been a way to comment on KZread during the Wisconsin Cheese Giveaway. I felt left out as I stay off of Facebook.
Beautiful! WONDERFUL!!
I wouldn't care if I had to pay over $100 for a fat brick of that 40 year-old cheddar. The taste and quality alone seem like they would be worth every penny.
The production of this video is amazing
Measurements?
Thank you for being straight to the point!
