  I got my ombre powder brows done (according to the lady that did them) they just look like they were tattooed on roughly one brow is darker than the other . I had them down about 2 years ago would this procedure work on me ?

  Do you do the same technique on all clients with or do go off how there brow hair grows and go off that?...also if they have almost full eyebrow but just missing hairs in certain spots do you just blade those areas or the entire brow?
