Both Japanese playing Koreans ❤❤
Best Mrs. Kim expression: “LANE!!!”
She was old when she played a teenager in Gilmore girls . She was 27 when she began and 34 years old when she ended the show
27 isn’t old
@@ashh641 to play a 15 year old ? Okay 👌
I would seriously watch a show just on their conversations. I love these women. 🤍
Keiko Agena, saying “No Comment” doesn’t say nothing, it speaks volumes!
I love The Best Christmas Pageant Ever! I have read that book a lot! Just recently got it for my son to read.
The Joy Luck Club Lady ☺️
Omg I've been saying her last name wrong this whole time!!!🤦♀️ I love her!!!! I'm barely watching Prodigal son because she is in it! And I got so excited to see her in 13 Reasons why. But Lane Kim is my fav!!!!! She was so cool and punk rock and sassy! The music in the floorboards and her crazy closet, her oversized luggage!!! Lmao 😂 just Golden!!!!
it's wild that they played a Korean family but they're both Japanese!
Wonder what it’s like to not even practice and still be an absolute beast.
The Kim's are my faves momma Kim was such an intricate person
Med student at Stanford to vegetable farmer…WTF is wrong with this country!!

Two amazing actresses
Keiko and Emily are such pretty actresses.
Sweet person
Same! Asians on TV make me go like, "YOOOO THEYRE ASIAN!!!"
Love them but think it’s kinda sad that they could find real Koreans to play Koreans. They are both Japanese.
Lane has always been my favorite character
Here from the spot Keiko did for Vote Forward (kzread.info/dash/bejne/imuKzdybj6fTYrA.html) which actually inspired to re-register to vote, very nice.
How did she get her role in Gilmore girls?
super interesting interview, these women are super witty, inspiring and funny (and they look amazing! :-)
This video... love to see more Gilmore Girls cast videos
This conversation was going to be a trip down memory lane with love for one of my favourite characters....and it gutted me. Amazing interview. Thank you for sharing. It’s informing people. Love you both!
She's an incredibly talented actress ❤️❤️❤️
Emily is soooo cuuuuuuttteeeee
I am Japanese and love this lady in Gilmore Girls. I had no idea that she was Japanese! Amazing actress.
Loved this 🤍
I love Emily Kuroda. So weird to hear her without the accent lol
the goal to assimilate is to join the community, is that a bad thing? In Japan , there is no assimilation process , you are either Japanese or not, it doesn't matter if a Korean family lived in Japan for 4+ generations, they not treated as 'Japanese' .
The thing is you can actually be part of the community without giving up your identity
I didn’t know how much I needed to say this
Teppei Teranishi’s kids go to my school and one of them is in my class random facts lol
Is one of them Kari?
