  You have no idea how bad it is to become a teacher. It's the single most mundane, and very worthless job you have to do for your entire life. I know because I am one. You probably think teachers are good because they are teaching lessons at schools. But most kids don't even try to understand what the teachers are saying, so we have to lower the difficulty of the exam to the point that made our time teaching the students felt very worthless. that's what made teachers felt their job as the most useless thing to do.

  I'm only a lowly language / history teacher, but I can relate to this so much. Once you've done it for a few years, you start to lose your sense for where the students are at. For you, it's the same boring shit, over and over again. For them, it's NEW. It gets increasingly harder to wrap your head around WHY they don't get it. I mean, it's easy, right? Basic stuff, everyone knows it. Hell, I KNOW IT and I'm stupid.
