Hi, so I got my wave fold curtains made but the bottom part doesn’t have the wave or s shape like the top, what could be the issue? The curtains are still new and I have only had them for a couple of days.

Wow...just took my blinds on and off about 6 times in the last hour, spaced the end that was bunching up, lazer levelled the brackets and all i needed to do was add 3 pieces of masking tape. Absolutely crazy. First video I clicked and problem solved. Absolutely awesome. Thank you!

    What tape is it?

  • @Brazill253

Masking tape (painters tape), the thicker tape you use the less you will need. I used 3 layers of masking tape and it works perfectly now.

Worst sequence of instructions. You should talk about face fit first then recess, not width then height for both. So hard to follow.

In case this helps anyone, I found a different video that explained better how to get the blind down so I could start working on it. There's the "drive end" of the roller bar that has the chain, and the other end is referred to as the "pin end". If you're looking at the pin end, facing the drive end, you turn that end counter-clockwise/anti-clockwise to pull the pin in against its spring. Once it has fully retracted, the blind can come right out. Edited to add: Mine was completely different from this. The bracket on the pin end had a latch that I had to pry open, which then allowed half the part surrounding the rectangular pin to hinge open. There was no spring on the pin or any other kind of retracting mechanism.

What pin do you bring in? Can't see one. Slide cog and holder anticlockwise but can't budge it. Oh dear!

Mine doesn't look like either of those. Nothing to prise up, no screw. No idea how to separate the pieces and put the chain in. Bizarrely, my chain is fine. It just somehow got out of cogged part and was just hanging at the end of the roller, not attached to anything. I can't figure out how the chain slipped out, since I can't slip it back in.
