  It would be foolish to pay that money every month for a car. That's why I'd rather save up and pay cash for a car. Bought a '22 Highlander Hybrid cash few months ago. Even though I wanted to buy a highlander back in 2021, I didn't wanna pay all the crazy market adjustments. Glad I saved up and paid in cash and got a great deal

  I think this is a brilliant video series to do. This will help me justify getting a CT5-V to my girlfriend once my Shelby GT350 is paid off. The only constructive criticism is I would recommend that you proof read the video. For example, you stated early in the video that the numbers would be based off of the "10 speed manual transmission" when you meant to say "10 speed automatic transmission." Another discrepancy I saw was a photograph of the Bose audio when taking about the AKG audio system. I know this was an honest mistake, but with how horrific the internet is, I would just give it a watch through before posting to avoid nasty comments as you continue to grow your channel, especially as a woman talking about cars. One thing I would like to see is perhaps a "base" specification of a car, and then one with all of the bells and whistles. I know that if you want a fully loaded CT5-V Blackwing, it can be an almost 20k difference from MSRP, and how your annual salaries would have to change in order to secure the car. I also want to add that your video was the first to come up after searching Cadillac CT5 V Blackwing into YT, so keep up the good work! I think this channel will provide great insight into making an informed buy decision for a lot of buyers!

  I mean you always have to pay gas unless you buy electric. I’ve paid off my car for years and over that same time it’s costing me $20k over 6 years without issues in just insurance and gas alone, so this number feels a lot bigger than it actually is.

  realistically just wait a year or 2 when these start to drop in price.. unless you want it completely fresh off the lot , i think buying one that's sitting at like 25-40k miles wouldn't be bad considering how well ford makes there cars and more specifically mustangs

  just test drove a base model 2024 earlier today. very nice and fun car, salesman even said he could take off 4-5k off the price for me…it’s so tempting.

  I bought a 2024 Corolla Hybrid SE with the premium package (I like the sunroof, don't judge me 😂). Anyway, I didn't want to pay cash for it because I had some other expenses at the time so I put $3500 down on a 5 year loan with Toyota Financial and financed $27185 at 7.89%. The monthly payment was $552, FOR A COROLLA! I paid off the car this month and did a quick calculation, I think I paid close to $1000 in interests. I don't get how people drag loans forever on expensive vehicles. The amount of $ you loose is insane.

  this is simple math for me. You always need 3x the income of the car's purchase price, or have 10x the net worth in cash or other assets

  If fuel economy doesnt improve drastically, the 6th Gen will fail. Cost $85 a week in fuel in the 5th Gen just to run simple errands. 4Runner is the greatest truck on the planet, if you drive less than 4K a year.
