I'm with you on this. The two Mandela effects that bother me the most at the moment are Chic-Fil-A and "Objects in Mirror May Be Closer than they appear". Chic Fil A is one of the only differences I noticed before being aware of the fact that it was a "Mandela Effect". I initially thought it was a rebrand. I'm conflicted on Berenstain Bears. That's actually what introduced me to Mandela Effects. But...I think that one has to do with childhood vs adult memory...plus the Berenstains' themselves say that people were constantly misspelling their name as Berenstein growing up. So that might actually be a misremembering issue. But some of these other ones seem like someone or something managed to send a wrinkle back in time that changed things here and there. Maybe CERN or Aliens or something.

OMG THANK YOU for this video! You are SO right! I feel exactly the same way as you! There was NO K in that restaurant name and my husband and I also had our own running joke with it from the mid 80’s!! No kidding!! We first saw it in a mall in Southern California in the food court and thought hmmm, what kind of food place is that? It looks like it’s fancy and kind of French, BECAUSE OF THE WAY IT WAS SPELLED with the “Chic” at the beginning of it and we pronounced it in our own funny way because of that too. Well, yes it changed and it boggles my mind too! Something happened and we are not imagining it! Thank you so much again, and thank you for the movie referral, definitely going to watch it!❤

I doubt you will see this comment. Here it is like a year and a half after you put this video up. I bought this book a few months ago , maybe even a year ago, after listening to the first couple minutes of your review....I had exited out after that with plans of coming back after reading it - so here I am now. I am a Star Wars fan, and a reylo fan at that (rey + kylo). When I saw the cover in hand I was like, waaaait, this looks like Rey and Kylo. Then as I was reading it, I was thinking, this HAS to be them but in like fanfic form. I didn't look anything up about it as I didn't want spoilers. Anyway, LOVED the book. I hadn't read in years and this took me out of my slump. As far as it being made into a movie, I agree with what you said, pretty much. It has to be Adam Driver and Daisy Ridley. But the chances of that.... getting them both to agree, I'd say is zero percent. Imagine if they did it though, OMG! That would be the best thing ever! I refuse to watch it with anyone else playing them. It just wouldn't make sense to me. And yeah, Adam Driver....I haven't had a celebrity crush since I was 14 and I'm 47 now, but then along came Adam Driver in Star Wars and the force was strong with that one...lol. Anyway, loved the review. You made me laugh!

Hi. I take what you are saying very seriously. I’ve been experiencing The Mandela Effect since 2016. 2006 however I noticed that some things weren’t making sense. Long story short….I like how deep you went into this. However…this doesn’t explain the changes in world geography though!!! Look at where Japan and Korea are!!!! This is what pushed me over the edge. Sorry..didn’t mean to derail your topic, but I just had to say that. I too remember Chic without the K. Never ate there but advertisements and signs etc.
