This was a great video! Thanks for the shout out! Dark Escape 4D is the single greatest arcade experience cabinet I’ve ever had the privilege of playing! Everyone, do yourself a favor and find it out in the wild. Emulation is great, but it’s missing a huge part of the overall experience.
@@dantron69k 100% agree with this comment! Love being able to play it at home, but NOTHING compares to playing on the actual machine! I had never seen the cabinet in the wild, but thanks to Rimmer's Arcade I was finally able to enjoy the ultimate immersive arcade experience!

@@24danrock Check out my 'ARCADE ONE: NEW UPDATE - How to Add Steam PC Games...' video under the 'ARCADE ONE: NEW UPDATES playlist section. For mapping controls, go to the Keyboard2Xinput part of the video. That should help you out some if you can't map them directly under the Options/Setting tab in the game.

Pay for something only to pay MORE to play games....What a load of RIP-OFF BS....you're talking about the Technolamers who make Teknoparrot. They're pirateers that , sooner or later, someone's gonna drop a BIG hammer on them because Taito already wants a piece of their asses and i'm sure it's not the only company. The only explanation is they must live in a country that doesn't care about pirating (which i don't personally care either way) and that's how they're getting away with it. I would buy any hackers a beer to BRING DOWN that company or force them to stop cheating people out of a monthly fee. Piracy is piracy, i don't judge but i call it what it REALLY is, i don't sugar-coat it and try to rip people off. nuff said?
@@Kilroy_5150 I hear you. Although it is a completely optional fee. I believe the reason why Arcade-One added the Teknoparrot Patreon, now Subscription, wheel is because people were asking for it. Some were wanting to be able to play those games, so the wheel was added to accommodate those people. Most don't care and/or want to pay the fee since there are plenty of other games to play without paying an extra fee, so they don't have to. And it is fine skipping the update or removing the wheel if they don't like it. Teknoparrot has been releasing quite a few games off of Subscription lately and if they were to go away, not sure if some of these games would get emulated, so there is that to think about as well. I appreciate your detailed thoughts on the matter and hope you enjoyed the rest of the video.

Awesome video bro, I enjoyed the whole thing! I already have most of these games but there are a couple that I'm definitely going to have to download like the G.I. Joe game for sure!👍 I just wish every game had the "cheats" enabled. I saw a video a couple of years ago on how to enable them but it was way above my head to understand it lol. Oh well, great content and I'd like to see more!😁

Some of these Openbor games can be pretty challenging, so cheats would be nice! Some other content on my channel that you might enjoy. Yeah its one and done in about an hour but i still bought it on release. Gotta show Raw Thrills that we WANT more ports and i hope the next one is either H2Overdrive or Dirty Drivin'!
@GUCFan I love that they released it! It allows people to play it who don't have access to the arcade machines and as they leave the arcades, it is a way to preserve the game for generations to come instead of being lost to time like so many mobile, online-only and free-to-play games are. H2Overdrive and Dirty Drivin' are fantastic arcade racers that would be great home console ports! Not Raw Thrills, but I'm hoping Time Crisis 6 and House of the Dead: Scarlet Dawn one day get official releases! Thanks for the comment and watching!
@@endgamearcade TC6 and HOTD: SD would be awesome to have at home but it means Sega and Namco would have to start making light guns for the platforms we have today.
@@GUCFan Well there are a lot of light guns being made for PC to use on Home Arcades like Aimtrak, Sinden, Gun4IR and more that work on PC already, so really they could make deals with those manufacturers to allow them to work on home consoles, then they wouldn't have to invest as much. For example House of the Dead Remake came out on Switch to work with the joycons, but the PC version works with Aimtrak, Sinden and Gub4IR guns now and plays great with the gun peripherals!

Operation guns got me interested in the vampire game. Why that game though can't be updated to being more than one player after it's blatant success in desire is a bit beyond me. Hopefully it will release, make enough coin, and they will realize a co op element, especially with things like operation guns, is the way to go. if they do, and provide a co op game that can be fed more and more advetures for content for various characters, this could be quite the little sleeper hit. It looks like it could be enjoyed even on the Switch as well, making for random friendly team ups, and crazy adventures potentially with some friends on the road if your friends can also join in locally for ventures. Hopefully the'll indeed take advantage of the fact they've gotten quite the eyes on them with this vampire title thats now tapping grand nostalgia.
@Bangcat I agree, 2-player support would be fantastic, especially for the Operation Guns DLC since Contra was always a blast playing co-OP! It seems like there is a lot of potential to have other game franchises brought in as well with similar DLC, like Mega Man DLC could be really cool with the different bosses and their power-ups for new weapons! @@endgamearcade For a long time I been all the more pressing about co op games. That and ragdoll physics. Probably why I think I was right and Helldivers 2 is so good. But co op either way, great way to go. Team building, otherwise bonding through fun.

There are 3 videos on @Dantron69k's youtube channel (links are in the description on my video) that are 5-person round Table discussions where you get to see how and why some games got voted into the Top 25 while others got left out. Then the Countdown Reveal video is on my channel where I recorded / found gameplay and edited it with our commentary over top. It's called The Totally LAWsome Top 25 Retro Games. A very fun project! GIJoe was one I've wanted to be a beat 'em up since I was 10 years old! The only thing remotely close to it is the OpenBOR fan game that I think @endgamearcade showcased on another video. Toxic Crusaders looks really good I must say too, even though I was never a fan of the source material.
@kevinreiter5303 Great choices! Yes the G.I.Joe Openbor game from my 20 TOP OPENBOR GAMES video is a ton of fun, but having an official released inspired by the cartoon and comics is great! Hope it delivers! I have a 3-player co-op demo up on my channel and it was a lot of fun! I was always donatello fan due to the color weapon choice and his Tech savy nerdy side LOL I would relate to that a lot during my childhood and man I spend hours in the arcades playing this haha

This looks fantastic! I'm not sure I even knew this was a thing! General Hawk with a jetpack needs to be in this game for sure! I also always loved Capt. Grid-Iron from the original NES game too! As for villains, a Tomax & Xamot battle could be epic here!
@kevinreiter5303 The game has a TMNT Shredder's Revenge feel to it! General Hawk with the jet pack would be great, also a callback to the NES G.I. Joe games! Love me some Tomax and Xamot! @anime_lover2347 I hear you, definitely an interesting choice. I don't mind an occasional guest character, but they went a little overboard with this first Kombat Pack. Hopefully the story expansion delivers and we eventually get some stage fatalities as well as friendships.
