so everything before the jar is standard misdirection, the ring already started in the position of where it supposed to to end at But the jar, the jar is too perfect of a trick, when it's that perfect it feels like the only possible explanation is effectively the 'nuke of magic' - the ring dude is a plant I remember seeing somewhere that fool us doesn't allow plants, could easily be wrong So... the only possible bit is making the ring disappear? Like how P&T didn't know how Shin Lim made the marker disappear that wasn't even the main trick

Thanks for the kind words. The guy is most definitely not a plant. There are no duplicate rings. He's a random member of the audience, and there is not a secret assistant underneath the table. P&T were fooled on both accounts: the vanish and the ring in the box, in the ball of yarn, in the jar.

I sure hope it doesn't come down to the guy being a plant and the ring in the jar was just a duplicate. That's "wrong" magic.

Not to worry. He’s not a plant and it’s genuinely his ring. No duplicates. No switches.

The ring is dropped into the basket before the whole wool-chucking/juggling misdirection part, you can see him pause twice to the rear of the basket. The person under the table puts it into the box and jar so the trick then works itself. Ironically, the ending has less skill than the manipulations beforehand.

This was amazing dude. I saw how disappointed you were when they first said you didn't fool them. I could tell you thought maybe they did and you did the amazing/awesome/respectable thing by accepting defeat. Then you got the trophy! Couldn't ask for a more entertaining fool us segment.

Yeah, they aren't too prideful to admit they were wrong. They really get joy out of being fooled and want to make sure these folks are recognized properly. No embarrassment, no shame, just honesty. Love it!

Class Act by Penn and Teller admitting to their mistake. Shows no matter how big and popular you may be that you can still make a mistake and admit to it. I really enjoyed the act. I was disappointed at first when Penn and Teller said that they were not fooled.

he puts the ring in his watch band here (3:54) when he goes to put it in his hand you can see just the slight miscue in his movement, now at (4:06) exactly you can see barely just the smallest line of metal peeking out from the bottom of his left wrist ➡. Nothing groundbreaking because I cannot tell when he takes it out after so this the only part that I may have solved which is a nothing, or maybe on purpose??

Brooke shows how good the other hosts were or how bad she is. She is fun to look at, hard to watch. I think part of what makes this show fun to watch is that even with frame by frame you can't figure it out, because the production cuts away every 5 seconds. Trash TV. Good thing is Penn is always there at the end of the end.
