I’m starting to think the doctors are in on this. Why does where it happened matter or is it work related matter about the medical service we get. They shouldn’t know that.

There could't have been more clear motive and proof that OJSimpson was guilty! The jury was not intelligent they wanted to free their prodigal son they did not care if he killed!

The demographics had nothing to do with a guilty verdict and everything to do with reasonable doubt! To suggest that these jurors rendered a not guilty verdict due to their ethnicity is grossly insane. I’ve never heard a verdict reached by an all white jury with a white defendant was based on demographics.

If he was found guilty people would have been setting fires looting the whole nine yards. All those people on the freeway overpasses and right after Rodney king and then the edta in the socks blood etc. Clark was not strong enough to have done it correctly she picked black women for the jury of course they would favor oj over a white woman what was Marsha thinking?

It's amazing that these lawyers seemed to believe that the DNA evidence wouldn't resonate with common jurors. I don't know if that was true in 1994 or not but it's definitely not true today. That's kinda interesting.

The Persecution fumbled the case. So many facts or incidents should have been included in the criminal trial. The suicide note, bronco chase, more important the phone calls that Nicole made to the police. Overall the so called Dream team put on a much better defense. Amen.

Everyone in the world knows the butcher got free because of a joke of a justice system and stupid jurors who did not understand DNA or forensic evidence! How the lawyers who defended him sleep at night ,still escapes me. In every normal country with all that INSANELY overwhelming forensic evidence, the slaughterer would have been sentenced to life prison. But in America, the racial circus and everything that had nothing to do with the two innocents murdered, came to play. We in other countries watched lauging via tears ,disgusted and dismayed . This case was a sham of US justice.

PLEASE READ!!!!! Would anyone look up the PDUFA act of possibly 1993?. If I remember right, this allows Big Pharma to deal with the drug companies, and the companies pay the FDA directly. This also allowed for speeding up the approval process. I would think this would cause mistakes and a huge danger to the public.

My mother could have never gotten custody of me due to federal law. Yes, some laws are on the books that one parent will never get custody. Anyhow my mother tried everything in the book to turn me against my dad. She was very abusive. Anyhow, I don’t remember my parents sleeping in the same bed. If we went somewhere we all went in separate cars.

What a piss poor argument his lawyer had. Anyone with half a conscience and some life experience could tell you it was nonsense; None of my coaches ever showered with me. In basic training none of my DIs ever showered with us either. I had a job at a hospital once where there was a shower room for all the employees and none of my managers ever showered with us. Because there is always a separation, everywhere I have been, to protect people with less power, from people with more power.

It's clearly DANGEROUS!!!!! 2 fuckin' bad that this report wasn't released in the 1970s during my childhood (my DOB: 7/20/1967). The cumulative adverse effects from psych meds far outweigh its so-called "benefits". I outta know bc I was prescribed Ritalin @ age 4 along w/the following antipsychotics: Mellaril (@ age 8 in 1975) Thorazine (@ age 10 in 1977) Haldol (@ age 11 in 1978) Lithium (@ age 18 in 4/1986) Risperdal (@ age 28 in 4/1996; via FBS court-order) Zyprexa (@ ages 41-49 from 2008-2016) The a4mentioned psych meds were amongst 30+ different psych meds over 44 yrs b4 becoming psych med-free over 7 yrs ago (since 1/1/2017). Speaking of gynecomastia; I developed that while on Risperdal (@ AGE 28 & VIA COURT-ORDER, MIND U). Psych meds r NOT TREATMENT; IT'S PUNISHMENT!!!!! If some1 taken xcption 2 my behavior, I get punished w/psych meds. From my stance psych meds r "chemical pacifiers" (i.e.: designed 2 silence u when getting abused, bullied, & harassed by others; especially "power-trippers"). These "chemical pacifiers" shall b BANNED!!!!!

This is an intelligent discussion. I agree with glenn that the prosecution overtried the case. However, even if they had streamlined their case, the jurors had already made up their minds up probably as soon as they first sat in the box.

I'd like to think Sandusky's attorney sat down with him when this stuff first started coming out and realized exactly what a monster he was after talking with him for the first time and got him to basically admit on national television he was a pedo. I mean, how exactly can someone defend him in good conscious? The dude simply radiates pure evil.

This guy you call Ed on this panel believes that they should have selected white jurors if they prosecutor was smart because only white jurors can produce a verdict of guilt and the reason he's saying that is because he wanted white jurors to just vote guilty even if he was innocent . It is a shame to see educated people with that kind of mindset because his answers clearly indicate racist tones too .He doesn't believe that black people should have been selected only white people should have been selected. His is mindset is that only white is better. There is a possibility and all white juror could have come down with the same results that is that possibility That's how I believe it

  • @canca7338

You got a bunch of fools together on a table out here talking trash . A bunch of idiots calling themselves lawyers because they think that when people are black ,they cannot provide an innocent verdict . when people are black they must provide guilty verdict and only white people can provide innocent or guilty very that is correct. That's nonsense and if they think they are lawyers, I will not dare not higher any of them to try me my case. If they cannot see what was wrong with this case, then I wonder where they studied law.. if you have a lead detective police officer who in record who talks about targeting people with racial marriages and incriminating them or putting them together and burning ,them who in the world believes in such a detective and the evidence that he handles..? If you have a lead detective who gets understand swear under oath and lie who is going to believe any evidence that the detective collected on a crime scene? if a white person can believe In that person then can we say that white people are racist too? If you have a detective who collect blood from a suspect and doesn't book it in but put it in his pocket and some of the blood end up in the fridge in people's houses You going to prosecute somebody with those kind of evidence and then you talk about black people should have ignored that and just find him guilty because you want him guilty. Black people are smart too they can think for themselves I'm sorry. A good defense lawyer who cease upon the mistake of the prosecutor and defend his client how is that racism? He was very clear and convincing and whether it was brown or white juror, he was clear and convincing. if that be the case why wasn't he the hung? Other jurors where non African Americans, why couldn't they voted against and hung the jury? Don't get on the roundtable corn friends and insult the integrity of black people because that means you are very foolish yourself

I want to read the book "The Most Hated Man in America: Jerry Sandusky and the Rush to Judgment" by Mark Pendergrast, Charlie Weirauch III, et al. I want to get to the truth of this story once and for all. I do know for a fact, that sex crime prosecutors think EVERYONE is guilty and turn innocent things into "crimes" to make themselves look like saviors; This is also true. I will report back after I read the above book.
