  How’s it going, brother? I got a question about my Top. I have a 72 Pontiac Catalina the top is in good condition but it don’t go up or down automatic You have to let it up and down manually the guy that I got it from said that he unhooked the relay Regulators so not sure if the relay is not working or something else is wrong. Just need your input on that thanks.

  My issue was, the lights stayed ON when the light switch was off. So I removed this part and now I have total control of my lights again. BY THE WAY MINES A 98 SAFARI. SAME PARTS!

  thanks man i just bought a 1975 olds royal convertible that was in a storage unit for 15 years the guy who owned it stripped the paint and didnt primer it and also took bolts out of the top i sent the top bars to florida and just got them back on the top works the body is awsume 73 thousand miles 350 cu in red with white leather interior yes leather in great shape i need bumbers there were no bumbers in the storage unit looks like i might be taking a road trip thanks again very helpfull

  I did the samething ! But cut out a bigger peice from a Astro at the junkyard to cover my cut out but placed silicone around the cut out before I placed the cover over the hole cut out. Then used 3/8 # 10 sheet metal screws to hold the cover plate down to the floor board, worked and looks professionally done

  Hey brother I have a 72 Granville top works, but it’s not going forward enough to match the pivot points to lock it down. Windows don’t seal off. What’s your thoughts on this?

  Very appreciative of video, I just purchased a 1973 Grandville Convertible...needs a floor, trunk floor pan, new top rear light lens etc...Would like to purchase all new parts but may have to holla at leon...Is that rack hard to disassemble and reassemble for chroming ?

  Yeah. I did the same thing, only I used clean gasoline to clean it. Lot of rust came out out of my sending unit. She’s freed up, and working, but I need to find a sock strainer somewhere. Any suggestions? Thanks for the video.

  Got to disconnect the cables...but you gonna need two people to to manually use it..frame is heavy

  I bought these same spindle but for a box chevy and I definitely agree it's not a definite bolt on design. Mine were from liftabrand. If I could go back I would rather use c1500 lift spindles for a chevy truck and modify them to fit on my caprice. These spindles are horribly designed.

  My switch burned up. The top was working. I changed the switch and check the fuses and it won't work. I'm getting power to the switch and it clicks behind the seat. I have a 75 delta 88. What should I do next

  Interesting, I have a mini GM fuse box there, location of the diode should be there on all models.
