Not exactly 4x4 driving unless there has been a lot of rain. A lot of GC White Water rafting companies tow trailers with 13 passenger vans full of guides and 2 wheel drive out of there 5 months of the year. The Hualapai run school busses down there every day for their 'Diamond Creek Down' trips. It is pretty cool to be in the GC though!

Yes, you must buy a permit in Peach Springs at the lodge. I believe they were $26 dollars. The Hualapai Indian tribe does check every vehicle on the way down for the permit. This trail is on their land.

Guests are allowed if the club member has wheeled with their guest on a similar trail and can verify the guest and their Jeep can do the trail.
