My only real complaint with Gigapower Grimlock would be the fingers, I'm always scared I'll break them every time I manipulate em, and strangely the pins on some will fall out sometimes for some reason

I never knew IDW Orion Pax was about the same size as the Optimus he becomes. And WFC game Optimus should've been the Aligned continuity's design for Orion Pax. MP Soundwave's transformation can fit into a Voyager budget nowadays. Give Voyager MP Soundwave an ER Laserbeak and a more accurate, poseable Ravage and there's Leader class Soundwave. If you're wondering where the 10 USD left is going, they're going to Ravage who's really hard to do in low budgets, and refinements to Soundwave. Why wasn't Leader Soundwave a direct downscale of the MP version? Everyone knows that thing is the best official Transformers figure. I want FOC Shrapnel (officially Sharpshot). I'm thinking of making him a loyal Decepticon bruiser who joins the DJD after Blitzwing's Marauders kill most of them except Tarn, Nickel, and Vos. Spinister baited Tesarus into using his vacuum, tripped him, and then shot superheated razors into his vacuum motors. Then Tesarus exploded. Kaon was sniped by Triggerhappy. So the new and stronger DJD: -Tarn -Vos -Shrapnel -Soundblaster -Blackout -Calipinch (RID 2015 Scorponok) DJD Minicons: -Beastbox and Squawktalk (paired with Soundblaster) -Nickel

I feel like they've done Ravage on a low budget better before. We will never know the mind of hasbro. It's probably better than the Legacy One. I don't know that Shrapnel is ever supposed to be a Bruiser. What is this about Blitzwing? Spinster doesn't have a Vacuumed? I don't know that Triggerhappy sniped anyone. The whole thing about him is his lack of Dicipline when he's using guns, man never stops with the Dakka. An interesting DJD Team.

I just got my Gigapower Grimlock and I'm OBSESSED with it. I can't keep my eyes or my hands off it. I almost feel like I'm getting withdrawal symptoms when I'm away from it. A bit of an exaggeration, but still it is, for sure, my favorite Transformer in my entire collection.

It's just got ENDLESS charisma. It may not pose the best. It may be a little worryingly thin in some areas, but you can't help but marvel at him.

@@PerspectiveEnd I agree. The possibility is limited, but you can cheat it a bit. I tend to use the transformation hinge on the leg as a kind of ankle pivot to make up for the almost not even there pivot on the ankle proper. But even then, it just works as a killer display piece. Even if you can't figure out the posing, the dino mode has some unbeatable presence that just commands your attention. Plus it's shiny. And shiny thing good as you are one to say.

Personally, I think the MS-02, even the deluxe release is pretty good as far as transformation, but is terribly held back by material. When i first got him, I transformed him back and forward a ton, but the right chest window has broken on him twice due to a tight clearance and order of operations causing the plastic to slightly flex and eventually allow the screw holding it in to strip the plastic. Otherwise, I don't find the Transformation any more difficult than MP-10 once the thing has been transformed a few times and a few tolerances adjusted with a screwdriver.

Part of it is the material for sure, but also they just kind of Janked up the Transformation a bit and it's a lot less fun for it. Personally I find it really irritating how the roof of the cab pegs down between the windows, as getting that in and out is a pain in the ass.

MP36 Megatron was on WTB Megatron both times already. His transformation is I think a bit harder than you give it credit for, and it's breakable, as I've had mine's barrel snap off. Pluss his proportions are HORRENDOUS. His legs are 3 times longer than his entire torso. Sadly for these reasons he is not to be anywhere near the Best of the Best.

Legacy evolution wave four was basically just a bunch of really cool character picks that were all really mediocre figures. It's such a shame how lame this bombshell is, considering he's my favorite insecticon.

Personally, I think the MS-02, even the deluxe release is pretty good as far as transformation, but is terribly held back by material. When i first got him, I transformed him back and forward a ton, but the right chest window has broken on him twice due to a tight clearance and order of operations causing the plastic to slightly flex and eventually allow the screw holding it in to strip the plastic. Otherwise, I don't find the Transformation any more difficult than MP-10 once the thing has been transformed a few times and a few tolerances adjusted with a screwdriver.
Part of it is the material for sure, but also they just kind of Janked up the Transformation a bit and it's a lot less fun for it. Personally I find it really irritating how the roof of the cab pegs down between the windows, as getting that in and out is a pain in the ass.
@@PerspectiveEnd I don't care for that step either, but it wasn't quite as bad for me because it reminded me of how the Parallax Armor for Classics 06 Optimus transformed, On that note, Looking at the Parallax armor, he has a lot of resemblance with the Transformers One Optimus...
Mp-36/44 megs and prime are excellent posing/looking figures and their transformations aren’t difficult at all. I hope someday they can join the best list….
MP36 Megatron was on WTB Megatron both times already. His transformation is I think a bit harder than you give it credit for, and it's breakable, as I've had mine's barrel snap off. Pluss his proportions are HORRENDOUS. His legs are 3 times longer than his entire torso. Sadly for these reasons he is not to be anywhere near the Best of the Best.
