I have had the Momentum 3 for a couple years now and really rate them. I just bought the H95 and still testing them but I have to agree that the M3 still sound as good if not better than the H95. Especially when you consider the price delta. And for the M3, they have a HiFi EQ setting in the app that dials back the bass in let's the mids and highs come through more. Have you tried this?

@@RX-rd4sc when it comes to resolution the source is very important. Good headphones will reveal a lot more detail with a good source. If you are listening on Spotify you might not take full advantage of a resolving headphone for example. Dac and amp also play a role and you want to have good enough gear to make use of high quality files. To my hears the HD660S2 are much more resolving and detailed than the D7200.

I got the Chord Mojo 2 a few months ago. I've had several daca before, including Dragonfly red, Cayin ru6, from FiiO... The Chord Mojo 2 has had rhe biggest agfevt across all my IEMs akd headphones. It's brilliant! It seems like everyone is embracing wireless technology and phone manufacturers don't seem to prioritise great audio for music lovers. However, despite all the excellent features and technical ability, in the end, I still preferred the more musical and richer sound from the Mojo 2! A curious finding was that the 4.4mm at the back sounded better to my ears than the 4.4mm at the front on the Gryphon. I agree that Topping's sound can be a bit sterile. It is very clean and measures well, but it is not very musical, though that seems to be changing with their latest releases.

Hahaha! you made me laugh with "This is the end of my journey"! No my friend, this is the beginning of addiction :D You remember me from 6-7 years ago when I started with HD 660s (OG) and ifi black label. I've also said that this will be my final setup, the end of the journey. You are lying to yourself :D. With the 660s (150 ohm) I had a lot of power from the IFI BL, but what makes that pair work best is the Xbass+ feature! The sound is more organic, controlled and balanced. If you can, try ifi signature with 660s2 and put Xbass+ and I think it will have a good synergy. You can also try the dt770 250 ohm variant. It has better resolution and the bass is more accurate than 80 ohm, but you'll need good amplification. But what you have is enough. Enjoy your equipment, have a wonderful journey through the audio experience!

I can clearly see the motion of the drummer, guitarists in the center, left and right. Amazing. Huge plus is portability, can't beat the convenience. Regarding the harshness, I did not find that to be case at all. I am using Grado SR325X and 10e. I found the sound to be accurate, responsive, a bit bright but it sounds like live music. Sure, you can have complex setup at home with 10x more money, but if portability is the highest priority, Dragonfly Cobalt is the best. I may never go back to separate amp/DAP.

Is there an easy way to connect an iPhone with this btr5 via DAC wither with an adapter or with something similar? I could just go for Bluetooth to connect my car system and when needed, I’ll use it with my laptop at 192khz at home, but I would love to be able to just output hd audio from my iPhone on the go. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

Totally agree. I was shocked when I realized how good it is.
