Like, Sub'd& Commented! Love the smart ass narrative and breakdowns, that's the way i like to convey myself as well lol it is what it is just laying it down. i just got me a single hub amazon $160 electric H2S topping at 12mph lol its laughable me coming in at 185lbs at 6'1 lol now im considering the Cavalry or the Hurricane Bamboo Pro but now you got me thinking of just building my own? should i consider building my own or buying one for under $3k? if even possible 😅

You should NEVER bulk charge lithium ion cells without a BMS, as shown in the video. This is because the cells will become unbalanced, leading to risk of some cells being overcharged. Having said that, "reviving" cells like this, almost never works (the cell usually works poorly afterwards), but even if one is going to do this, it needs to be done per parallel bank eg balance charging and obviously at very low current. The internal impedance needs to be tested during charge-discharge afterwards to see if it is still in spec - this is how you know if there is significant dendrite formation or not. If you have no idea how to test the impedance during the charge-discharge cycle, then you need to hand the pack over to a battery recycler.

I have a lacroix nazare lonestar. Unfortunately the company went out of business or they sold the company. I can no longer get parts from them. I have a question. My motor is not working properly. It doesn't spin. They don't have the motor available for me to buy. Can I use a different motor with the one already on my board that works?

I too wear Vans but last year, after 3 years of riding, I picked up a pair of Vans MTE (Made for the Elements) and they are a game changer for comfort as well as much better traction on the board in varying conditions. Only caveat for me is they are a warmer shoe. They breathe well but warmer none the less. Great trade off tho when I'm way more comfortable, less fatigued, and like I said, huge benefit in traction. I mainly ride trails off road and can't imagine wearing another shoe they're that good.
