Bender Customs

Bender Customs

Custom R/C crawlers are one of our many passions, along with pretty much anything that is 4x4 related. We have shot and edited a lot of R/C videos of our builds over the years from the early days of rock crawling competitions to the new scale scene. We are also 1:1 enthusiast and enjoy everything from overland travel to hardcore rock crawling. This channel is an avenue for us to highlight our off road adventures for both 1:1 and R/C. Thanks for checking us out!

Really like this idea. Going to try some today. Maybe some scale bungees on the sidewall to hold them tight.

I was lucky enough to receive the first SW3 chassis when I had ordered a SW2 and they were unfortunately sold out. Bender made things right and it was funny how some lost their minds that I was able to get the first one. It still sets on a shelf with some old Traxxas shocks and homemade links attached to some Tamiya TLT axles.

Man...the Metal Masher is incredibly capable. Makes difficult rock crawling look like a walk in the park...super impressive. Matt from Matt's Offroad Recovery is allegedly building the world's largest offroad heavy wrecker...when finished, love to see them go head to head and to see which is the largest and most capable at rock crawling 😏

Rory's wrecker is no slouch either, but this one is bad to the bone. The off road tow competition this year could be interesting.

Somebody accused me of a clickbait The six tired tow truck I don't know the name of the truck yet would be cool to collaborate with Matt's off-road recovery He's trying to build a similar tow truck. To run in the hurricane sand dunes with rear steer I thought the six wheel drive would do a lot better for flotation and rear steer? Matt only thinks there are two or three off-road tow trucks? Something of the two and a half ton to a 5 ton setup. I'm just a fan for the off-road Style of driving. I just figured that it would serve everybody a lot of good to have the two trucks meet in Sand hollow? Now that I've seen the Easter Jeep Safari 2019 metal masher. The truck was so close to Matt's off-road recovery it would have been very cool for him to see this truck. Also Moab Motorsports/towm8ter off-road recovery His tow truck is set up really cool, and is shortened. He is one of the few tow trucks that can go anywhere in Moab on any trail especially for a recovery and get in and out with somebody's broken Jeep or Toyota. As of yet I have not seen this tow truck use his hook. Would love to see this truck in sugar Sand that's really hot. Above 100° Will this truck hop and sink like a 5 ton Or will this truck skate over the sugar Sand and like a sand rail?
