Some guys at your weight are "skinny fat". If there is such a thing as "skinny lean", you are it, and it looks damn fine. We are not all able to pile on more and more muscle weight just by working out; genetics set our limits. You have done an excellent job of reaching lean muscularity at your natural body size. Nobody could do any better. 👍

End goal I want to be about 200 pounds ripped like this doing 30 pulls ups 100 pushups able to run a marathon. I do want to compete, but don’t care about it. I just want to be a big workout influence for people eventually.

I got normal ants too though. Lots of them! You can have them all for your duck... it's a problem all along my street, there must be a mile long ant nest underneath.
