  Great tone. Tighten up on the beginning notes C#and D by muting the 6th string with the tips of your left hand fingers 3rd and pinky. ( as you play the 5th string notes) Theyre running together .The 6th and 5th strong notes should be isolated not blended .

  I can help you, for the g string, you tune it to to the same tuning as d standard, and the b string you tune it to the same tuning as as E -21
