Great video as always! I still can not get my head around your inlocate on rings as a beginning element 😮 Is it more flexibility or strength that is required? Or somewhat the same? Whenever I tried doing it for fun I basically must have looked like a 400lbs person trying to do a pull-up 🥲

I feel like the judging seemed slightly off… I think day 1 vault was better than day 2 but didn’t score as high, and day 1 highbar seemed like it should’ve definitely a 12, or at least a high 11 at the minimum. I’m no judge of course though 😜

This meet you really showed perseverance, obviously it wasn’t easy finishing up after many mistakes that are clearly frustrating, but you pushed through still made it to champs and got 3rd on pommel. Proud of you!

Some highs, some lows. Certainly not your best, But damn it, you are so GOOD, it seems like you lost your focus (as if I could do even 1/10 as well) Show them all the CHAMPION that you are. So good to see you posting again.

Good stuff. Its a fine line as you know. You are training every day and fit as can be. There is a lot that goes on with the mind and at the level you are at, you should be doing mind prep work as part of your training. This includes things like guided visualisation and positive mind chatter. There's a lot more research about mind work so getting a generally overview of what's what is the starting point. Hope you look more into this.
