  the contact level prompt can also be built on closebot using the custom variables(fields) into the prompts itself ya? but I get the 500 char limit though. Thoughts @michael. Any new comparison update?

  Yeah, Closebot is easier and more streamlined. ZC had more flexibility. But I'm actually using a completely different one that I think is 10X better than anything out there right now.

  Nice video. I sum it up like this - Closebot automates algorithms and provides the typical bot response. But here’s the problem - it all comes down to the dialogue and conversion outcomes - and personalization wins out every time. We are story telling consultants and the results of the latter are compelling and differentiating. ZappyChat is the clear choice.

  Great work. Helpful. I own GrokCor and using ZP, but the lag in the bot responses are brutal.... Hard to chat with our bots due to this lag.
