As a man Dev proved at 25 he's still a child. He also proved he doesn't have any actual alpha in him. After the actual facts came out it showed Ryan took a tainted supplement, the hair follicle test came back clean which proved no micro-dosing or excessive use and 6th billionth of a gram was detected shows no advantage was gained.
