  Nice reaction. Some of them were priceless. But, only one movie in this channel? Sadly, looks like a one and done. One small bone to pick. You skipped my favorite line. I know, there are so many. But I think the best scene is the last scene with the conversation between Jules and Ringo. I love how it starts where Jules simply states "normally you'd be dead, but you've caught me in a transitional stage". That's great writing. But the kicker for me is at the end when Jules is explaining his scripture quoting and how he has interpreted that verse in the past. But then, for one brief moment, Jules finally becomes honest with himself and says "but what it means is that I'm the tyranny and you're the weak. But I'm trying, Ringo, I'm trying real hard to be the shepard". That is the capstone to the entire movie. Man, i need to rewatch again, again.

  Christopher Walken as Sgt. Koontz said to young Butch that he carried his father's watch in his ass because, "When two men find themselves in a situation like that, you take on certain responsibilities for one another." That's why Butch went back and saved Marcellus Wallace.

  Fun fact: Tarantino fans, to this day, debate what was in the briefcase Vicent and Jules went to get. Some say it was the money/gold stolen in Reservoir Dogs (another Tarantino movie), some say it was Marsellus' soul.

  Butch is a professional boxer who is being paid to lose a fight to rig the odds so Marcellus and his crew can bet on him going down in the 5th round. He isn't particularly happy about this but needs the money, Marcellus has just been telling him he has to do it as he has not and will not make it as a top level boxer, basically telling him he's a poor and inept fighter. Vincent calls him punchy and Palooka which are slang words for lousy and inept boxers. Thats why he reacts like that, Butch is the one who scratches Vincents car. Butch doesn't throw the fight instead betting on himself knocking his opponent out in the first round, proving his worth as a boxer and sticking it to Marcellus and Vincent etc and makes money without cheating. He also kills Vincent who has been sent to kill him, Jules has retired thats why Vincent is on his own, well he's actually with Marcellus who is returning from getting coffee for him and Vincent - hence why he is crossing right in front of Butch.

  I didn’t think about it before but I saw a reaction to this movie on somebody else’s channel and they mentioned that Quentin Tarantino has a foot fetish and if you notice that in the first reference to feet, that’s in this movie

  The reason Butch has that reaction in the scene whete he and Vincent talk in the bar is becaude vincent called him Polish ethnic slurs.

  There’s so much to discuss in this movie - I’m gonna focus on one of my all-time favorite lines from it. “I don’t know, I didn’t go into Burger King…”. I was delighted that you cracked up at that part. With all the attention the Royale with Cheese part gets, the whopper part is the movie equivalent of “the real joke is in the comments” That and when they’re eating breakfast and Vincent says “bacon tastes gooood. Pork chops taste gooood,” and Jules says “sewer rat may taste like pumpkin pie, but I’d never know ‘cause I wouldn’t eat the filthy MF’er”. I’ve probably seen this movie 50-plus times and I’ve never not laughed at those lines

  In the OD scene, Mia mistook Vinces herion for coke because of the baggy. Remember Lance ran out of balloons, which is what herion is usually distributed in.

  Did you say he looks sad? He looks incredulous....because he, as a tough boxer, is not used to being spoken to like that by a complete stranger. Vincent doesn't respect him because he knows he's an over the hill boxer who is being paid to take a dive.

  How's that for an opening scene. Never slowed down from there either. I can't believe there are still people who haven't seen this movie. Wow. I screwed up and took my 14 year old sister to this. Mistake, Mia o.d.ing, Walken's watch in his ass, The Gimp, Zed and Marcellus in the basement. I looked at my girlfriend and went "oh, fuck my parents are going to freak".
