  How does it stack up against the Aful Performer 5? My iFi xCAN has 2.5 balanced, but like, only my Dunu SA6 has a 2.5 modular termination, and the noise floor using the Balanced output is so bad that I never use it. I wish this thing had 4.4 instead.

  I have the P5 and have tried the Cadenza 4 on two different occasions I'd say the Cadenza 4 is a leaner, more vocal-centric take on the P5. I find them highly engaging for anything with female vocals, while also realizing its greatest shortcoming in its bass quantity Take that for what you will

  I'd definitely fall into the Huffin' Mudd house. 😂 I do like my bass to be as hq as possible, though. 🙂 I'd guess you are in Gryf N' Cope only bc I can't picture you in the other possibilities. 🤔 Cadenza 4 sounds like it wouldn't be my first choice based on the tuning but undoubtedly competitive in its price range.   There is one for sale near me for $12, I will get it.. I have been using a retuned ESX for this sort of thing, this one should be better as it's intended to sound that way. Good review. What does Sunny think of them? Tasty cable? Nummy eartips?

  Moondrop nailed it in the appearance dept. but the app and features (ANC, transparency) seem a little half baked. Hopefully, they'll continue to work on their app to improve the user experience. Thank you for another great review! 👍

  I ordered one of these and cancelled it after i started reading all of the things wrong with the buttons on the side, randomly locking up, QC problems. Anyone else experience this? Thinking of ordering the H4 instead. Really wanted something smaller though.

  I love it but I wish it had 4.4mm not cause I think it changes anything but for my Mext came in 4.4mm since it what people do for high end iems I guess lol, easy enough to replace but man my frickin Elysian Piglrim's Pentaconn Ear Connectors, so expensive for a different cable. Instead I went dumbnuts route, I'm gonna buy an R4 down the line lol

  I ordered mine(SM4) yesterday during Prime Day so when it finally arrives, I'll be checking the cable for the inverted/reversed polarity issue immediately... Fun Fact: reversing polarity is something I do everyday at work when I bring my subway train in for a station stop... It's the function of dynamic braking to slow down the train before friction braking stops it...☮️

  I would go with the Simgot EW200. It is very good for both music and fps gaming. If you could find the Truthear Zero (Blue) on sale that would be another good option. On Aliexpress you could also try KZ EDX Pro X or D-Fi. They go down to about ​$5 all the time. @Silva.concurseiro

I have e question you know if this DAP is Bluetooth receiver and transmitter or just Bluetooth receiver I tied to connect to my Bluetooth tv transmiter to watch a movie and I couldn’t connect it I would really appreciate if you or anybody can help me with this thank you 🙏🏽

  The R4 has two-way bluetooth capabilities so it should be able to send and receive bluetooth signal. Not sure how your TV transmitter is set up but sometimes you need to pair the devices first before they will show up on bluetooth.

  Thank you so much for your response the thing is that my tv transmitter not even shows in the R4 and I try to paring and nothing but when my tv transmitter is in receiver mode then it shows in the R4 so I’m lost hahah
