Don't buy RO water filters without comparing spare parts prices. Spare parts prices are exorbitantly high. Today I paid Rs 8775 for changing filters and motor of Kent Pearl RO Water purifier. This is almost half the price of a new filter. The filters need to be changed almost once in a year. So, in 10 years life of filter, you will be paying something like Rs 60,000 towards spares and service. This is very painful.

We have purchased kent ro last year and only after one year, its carbon tubes get damaged. We changed the carbon filter tubes and after that it stopped working only ..... We have raised the service call on 10th July and today is 12th.... We are not getting any response from the kent team. The service centre and the service boy is not even picking up the calls and the number registered for kent service is not available for the customer. If you have the luck ,they will contact you otherwise u r only wasting time calling them.
