Thank you Krista. I am regularly late for appointments and I don't think I properly considered the impact on others. Let's see how I get on moving forward!

I’ve tried all of this advice and it hasn’t helped at all. I think part of the issue is that I have lived in places where it’s culturally normal/accepted to be late and so it’s harder for me to actually believe that lateness = not valuing someone else’s time. It doesn’t bother me when other people are coming to meet up with me so idk why it bothers others so much.

Ugh I hate it when life happens like a sick child or lost keys or new construction and you’re late and it ruins your day. I’ve always been more of a late morning person never 6 am kinda thing but I’m supposed to be. I don’t stay up late till wee hours but if I don’t get my sleep forget it, I’ll be a zombie! I am punctual on everything else meetings and appointments just that morning arrival gets me!

The problem I have with being early is that I would panic and trigger abandonment issues if I was the only one there. I always feel like an outsider so I would understand why no one else would show up. I also would feel anxious about getting a table or not or if I was expected to do something to "set up" for the group by myself. This scares me so much, especially considering the travel to new places is anxiety inducing by itself since I don't know the environment. I'd rather show up late so that they're already there and I can calm my nerves a bit.

Thank you for this video. I realised I was being selfish valuing my time over others. I will start to practice this today and see how it goes. Also realised I'm always stressed when I'm trying to go anywhere because I'm racing against time. Thanks for your tips

My adopted who’s Hispanic is always early. I really love my Mum because she help me to be a responsible young man. To be on point like people in Japan it also makes sense why I love Japan on time culture and hope to go there. I really love my Mum thanks to my Mum as an African American Video Game Designer my Mum always be on time. I’m also very critical of my self and I rather be my worst critic than doing bad to people of the things I went through in my life I didn’t mention my life is a movie.😊😊😊😊😊☺️☺️☺️☺️🥰🥰🥰

One way to ensure anyone to stop being late all the time is to set the clocks/watches at least three minutes faster (no more than fifteen minutes).

During high school. I’d always be late for the morning bus. Eventually I had to walk to school every time I missed the bus because I missed it so much. Let’s just say. I got a lot of exercise in senior year of high school 💪

I’ve been late most of my life, this video really opened up my eyes. To be truthfully honest, I never thought about the actual message I’m sending to the people I’m meeting up with when I’m running late. It really is a blatant act of disrespect and the ultimate slap in the face…. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO

I watched this video a long time ago... I finally figured out how you did it. Recently I alter some habits that I had been trying to change for 10 -20 years. I'm in my 20s btw. In those 10 -20 years I got literally nowhere in changing them... Until I discovered something and literally overnight I altered those behaviors for good. Literally. But I still couldn't figure out the THIS one until now. Until I remembered your video and started to think about what you said through my new awareness. I figured out how you did it. You didn't mention it in the video and I doubt you realize what actually happened. However, what you did do it tell your conscious understanding of it and that is all I needed to make the connection. I want to thank you so much. If you only knew what you have contributed to. THANK YOU!
