    Good lesson but would be much more interesting to have the concepts explained and applied to actual songs/musical passages rather than muted strings or one string.

    🔴Here is an interesting topic you almost never see on the internet and or KZread. Perhaps something for your next episode; How about 0.14 gauge strings on a Dreadnought Guitar. Good or bad idea. If not a good idea, how about downtuning the guitar ½ or 1 step in that case? Many downtune their guitar anyway… Thanks, just my 2 cents.

    You didn't teach the palm muting part that you've used here. That's incomplete knowledge 👎🏻

    James, Great information. I'm going to re-watch a couple of times and take notes. I am trying to learn how to read gospel sheet music. Do you have any suggestions/courses? It seems hard to follow with all the repeats, and nuances. Thanks

    I almost always play without pick. My favourite technique is with index finger down and thumb up. The nails gives it a more “picky” sound.

    Hello Good_Guitarist! Thank you so much from a mom of 3yr and 1 yr. I'm sure my family will be your students whole our life! We are fan of Raffi and The Sound of Music. If you have all tutorials to help play all Raffi songs and all songs The Sound of Music, I would love to compensate you for that. Will join your class soon. Thank you so much

    To clarify my last statement, If you are playing with a Bass player who is playing the original notes, then it is fine to play the (cheap) C#5, but if you are just playing by yourself, play Bbm7, that way you get all the notes and don't sound like a hack! :-)

  • @simonmaton
    @simonmaton4 күн бұрын

    Not bad, but the C#5 should be a Bbm7
