Thanks for sharing those great exercises. I'll try to add it to my daily practicing routine and as you always say use it in songs.
Great solo, Sandra!
lovely tune, thanks for sharing!!!!
Awesome lesson. I say yuppies won the bet. Diminished is almost half diminished, lol.
❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤🤍💯
Phenomenal lesson. So useful and perflectly explained. Thank you, lovely lady!
What an excellent lesson! I see chords everywhere 😂
Beautiful lesson, Sandra! Thanks also for your precise instructions. 👏
Jimmy Bruno’s version of this song is the best
I love that song. Thanks for inspiring me every week. You're the best. Seriously!!!
Great lesson with so much value. Thanks!

what a beautiful song, what a nice lesson, what a guitarist 🥰 thanks for the tutorial 👍🏻
Lovely track, long been one of my favourites, I have the Jimmy Bruno version on my iPhone. I like your lessons, but they are not the easiet. Servus.
Like the uplifting melody - and perfect performance, of course 😀

Well done ! Thank you.
👏👏👏
Wonderful!
What!? No kangaroos??? haha
😁
What strings are you using?
Thomastik Bebop 12s
Beautifully presented. I love your arrangement and extremely effective hybrid picking. Thank you, dear Sandra. Keep smiling and swinging.
Thank you! 😍
I don’t know why but I own and I prefer de DV mark little jazz to the jazz 12 … is there someone agree with me ?
Not much difference Seymour Duncan seth lover pups are awesome
It's pretty apparent to me. If you're watching on a phone you may not be heading much of a difference, bc it's mainly the bass response.
That is so so close if not exact. Terrific work.
Thanks! ❤️ The transcription is correct, we just can't play all the glissandos that horns play 😉.
Love listening 👏 you sound amazing ! 😻
Thank you so much!! ❤️
@@GuitarversumSandraSherman Sandra if I may, being a beginner in guitar... with limited budget, would you recommend me the Eastman Ar372ce for a start?
Thank you Sandra, what a fantastic lesson and approach!!! I tried this on your arrangement of Autumn Leaves and it opened up a world of possibilities. I started chord melody with you a few years back and your method is still my go to, I can’t wait to explore this further 🥰
Do happy to hear, my friend! Thanks for being a diligent watcher of my videos. ❤️
Hey i was wondering if the guitar you're playing going to be a signature model and if so when is it coming to market?, If not that's a shame it really should be
No, I just made it for myself 😊
Magnificent performance by a very special lady. Outstanding chord melody tutorial. Thank you. Greetings from Mexico. 🌷
Thank you, Luis, my wonderful friend! ❤️

The ebony fretboard will brighten up the tone , I think I could live with the original pick-up , excellent review, the best on you tube 💫
Thank you kindly! Yes, Ebony has fast attack and us a bit brighter. But I still find this guitar to be surprisingly warm sounding, even with the original pups.
I think if you had a rosewood neck instead of maple, on the tele and strat, you could get more mids and a slightly darker tone🎉.to me maple necks sound snappier and brighter tonality in the higher ranges and humbuckers are preferred over single coil pickups for playing jazz
True dat 😊
The Quilter is D circuit design and is Not solidstate. This circuitry is much more complex than A-B and doesn't fit in the standard classifications.
Thanks for the info!
Great that your using that beautiful guitar ,love it,thank you.
Does any know what guitar she playing?
I built that guitar myself.
NICE 🎸
Muy bonito el tema muy buena ka explicación en hora buena Felicidades

I absolutely love this song. Your chord melody lesson is so exceptional. Excellent arrangement, outstanding performance, lovely teacher.
I'm blushing already from so many compliments 😊. (Dont stop it 😁)

Thanks!
Thank you, my friend, for your donation! ❤️ Glad you dig the lessons and it's helpful 😊.
I’ve always wanted to be explained!
In watching this video again it appears that you have transposed the original key of Am to the key of Gm. Am I correct and is there a reason i.e. is the arrangement easier to play in that key?
I'd say it's in Dm. I don't know what "the original" key is in.
Your a great teacher
Thanks so much. I appreciate that! ❤️
Hi Sandra ! You’ve got the Howard Roberts fusion going. Mine is getting better all the time. Love this arrangement , Gonna check it out 👍
Hlw omd is it? Mine is 28 now. You're right, it gotten warmer and more sustain over the years.
@@GuitarversumSandraSherman Mines about the same, I bought it from a guy and had to do a bit of work on it just so I could play it. Had it now for about 10 years and it really is the nicest guitar I’ve owned and I’ve had a few. Great sustain and warm tone. Love it. ❤️
Thanks for this video! I'm so happy to find a woman that makes tutorials, since all is full of men. I'm a female guitar player and I wish there will be more of us. And moreover your video helps me playing Four in a Combo :D thankss!!
There are some very good female jazz players out there. Sheryl Bailey, Mimi Fox, Emily Remler (gone too soon). But generally yes, there are so many female singees comoared to instrumentalists. Glad you up the number of female guitarists 😊.
Great teaching Sandra 🙏
Thank you! ❤️ Glad it's helpful 😊
Oh, new video style? 🤩 Cool. Great lesson. I love finding new applications for extensions. That's a great point you made about the 'avoid' note but playing it in the lower register blends it. You also seem particularly energised today even more than usual, which you always are. 🤗 Still loving your work, my friend. 💙
Yes, I try to make the videos a bit shorter. Glad you find it helpful 😊
