So it I suggested a great home inspector certified NACHI and they miss something is that my fault. I have had this inspector do great jobs for all my clients. My inspector I recommend noted 48 items on the inspection and missed one little area and now the buyer is blaming both of us. With that being said, we offered to fix that for that the buyer and after that she starts adding things no normal inspector would have found! So at what point is not the agents fault? I mean come one things happen and inspectors, even great ones are human!
DR is not safe, but it is not as unsafe as Haiti... To say the least, you need to be vigilant 24/7 in the DR.

I been living in the DR for the past three years. Never felt threatened or at any risk. Like any US area, know when and where to be. The US if far more dangerous than here. Rarely are tourists bothered or at risk. I have never felt freer in my life. It’s very safe here. Yes, like everywhere in the world crime exists, but it’s rare here overall. You would only be at some risk in a poor neighborhood, middle of the night, flashing wealth…
Is DR safe? As a Native Dominican from Manhattan it depends where? Are we talking about Guachipita Gualey Los Minas or Los Alcarrizos or are we talking Alameda Naco Cuesta Hermosa or Bella Vista???
We're talking the country as a whole. Very safe. There are places to be avoided in every country, unfortunately, but I am safer here than in the US
The Dominican Republic shares a border with Haiti but it is not Haiti, it is another country, it is securely controlled, it has the Police and the Army guarding the borders, nothing is going to happen in the DR. Thank you for making this video so that some understand, unfortunately we share an Island with Haiti but DR is very safe and calm and will continue like this.

The Dominican Republic is regarded as a relatively safe destination for tourists - just like anything else, when I travel, I exercise a degree of caution. Is New York City, or San Francisco, or Bakersfield in California, or Chicago safe places to travel to? God, Country and Freedom, Dominican Republic.

I don't see much difference between losing the purchasing power of my crypto if crypto goes to zero.... and.... losing the purchasing power of my dollars because the Federal Reserve keeps debasing our currency by inflating the money supply to cover government over-spending. Every day, that dollar you held up buys less, guaranteed. It's losing something like 8%/year right now. So why not trade dollars for almost anything else? The purchasing power of crypto may go up or down depending on the price of crypto, but the purchasing power of the dollar only goes in one direction.... down. What you could buy for a dollar 100 years ago, now costs $100. The dollar lost 99% of its purchasing power in a century. Do you really think that will reverse and the last 1% won't go to zero? All fiat currencies in human history go to zero. In just my lifetime, it lost 90%. In just the past 3 years it lost 25%. You are correct that crypto is worthless (one word), but the dollar is worth less (two words)... every day. That's the real "scam that hurts workers," and particularly anyone storing their wealth in anything denominated in dollars. That said, good video, thank you.

I came for the review but I stayed for Caesar.
AVOID & FIND ANOTHER BRAND - Xebec won't honor the warranty! The Leg/Support broke after a couple of months. See the images of the correspondence from Xebec. I provided them with all of the information they requested: invoice, images, and dates. I only requested a replacement part to fix the stand. XEBEX refuses to honor the warranty. The display works fine and looks good. The screens are a little small when used with an HP Elitebook G8. There are two cables for each monitor. The unit is heavy and requires a support leg/stand. The spring in the leg is heavy and doesn't move very well. That is good for keeping it in place but it really is bad when trying to open or close it. It is also weak and broke off in just under 2 months. Without it, the screens are too heavy for a laptop and cause the whole display to flop back. I contacted customer service and only get an answering machine. They only respond to emails but give you the runaround. You jump thru their hoops, they escalate it to a manager and then they say nope, they won't honor their word! AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!

They are spending more on their credit cards because they have to tap their credit cards to make ends meet. Credit card usage is also up because prices of everything are up. People aren't buying more, they are paying more. Those are the two reasons credit card usage is up. Now look at credit card debt. It's an an all-time high and approaching a trillion dollars. What's that say?

You'll need the adapter. The adapter is like another $50 on top of the cost of the unit, but if you want to do this with your Air, is it really that big a difference in cost?

It is a total piece of garbage!! I got one today via fed ex. Sent it back in 20 mins. If you are a video editor, the monitors are way way way to small. Resolution is not tight. Give them credit where it’s deserved, the packaging is nice and it does hook on well. They are marketing gurus, should would on Madison Ave in nyc, selling garbage. Others than that total Chinese garbage. Got the stupid adaptor to make it work with my Mac.Soo many cables.So if you want to monitor for chats or instagram or something while you are doing “real work” maybe it would be ok. But if your a pro look elsewhere. They also charged me 15 bucks to send it back for a label charge or some non sense. This was the biggest let down I have ever purchased. Anyone who says they like this is paid or a bot, ( I don’t know what a bot is, but if they say they like this they are a bot:) no human would like this.

A further refinement would be another kickstand on the other side. To distribute the weight and stress on the hinges more evenly on the laptop. A number of laptops are notorious for weak hinges anyway. So I would prefer a kickstand in the same place on both sides. And then a way as you said, to fold the screens in, while staying plugged in. Do those two things and this will be the best triple monitor setup I can find on the market. They are a little small size wise. The rest are around 13.3 inch. But otherwise I like this one the best. They have raised the price $100 though. From the original. Which makes me hesitate to buy one now. In the $399 (which they were originally) to even $425 range now to accommodate for inflation on everything, being these are smaller monitors and the two small issues, this would be a rock solid buy. But as it stands now at $499, plus I would need the plug adaptor which has also increased in price, this is pushing $600. And I can get the triple screen setups from a couple of the others with bigger monitors at that price. I though these guys nailed the features to value ratio mostly before. But now, I am gonna wait and watch for further refinement…

You likely need the adapter from them. Cable has two cables built in. Buy directly from the maker of this product. Like $49. “Tri Screen Adaptor”. But all of the M1 Mac Laptops need the adaptor cable to make both monitors work.
