I have a bud who wants to screen print hes shirts so im doing research because hes kinda hard headed at times about things, but I was curious when I saw corner and center line up marks disappear on the final prints

@@baavproductions glad to hear it. Looking forward to it
Are you using water based inks for this job?
Aluminum squeegees all the way. The "big badass squegee" for white ink. Helps with that wrist pain. Always push.
I've started screen printing this year and I based my work just via Instagram. $5 daily in Instagram ads and making content. Made my page to from 13 followers to 1100 in a spand of month and a half (aprox. $5000 in sales) Id recommended you do the same . Target small business or local brands.
With a 156 underbase, you can do 230 or even 305s,for the top colors ....less ink and less buildup for a softer hand, and more crisp color finish...just my opinion...and you don't need to flash every color after white you can print wet on wet ,less time and heat on your underbase
Any recommendation for a exposure unit?
Anyone know any good screen printing companies or people that single orders like I’m not a store or a resale shop that needs bulk orders of 20+ shirts just to get screen printed shirts there for personal use for myself to wear inane a good 4-6 shirts that I need screen printed all different designs and colors
Is this something that can be done in your own house ? I don’t have a shop or anything, I’ve been cutting out paper stencils and using ink and a squeegee to print onto t shirt, but those paper stencils fall apart after about 3 uses ….. and if you cut out a very detailed design, it is very time consuming to keep making these paper stencils. Any ideas on how I can be more productive in way less time ? Also if even keeping the same technique, any ideas on stencils that don’t get flimsy and break away ? Thanks for reading
U the TRUTH 🫡

Hi. What needle do you use on foam trucker hats?
what size pallets are you using?
Mirror the image correct?
Correct
What material is the last one
Rue Porter 100% cotton
i saw another guy posting a review of this, he said it was bad and returned it. now your video saying get it? I'm confused.
You get what you pay for, this video I clearly showed how it lasted me a good while and I got a new one. It’s $150 or less you can’t expect it to last forever but it’s a good cheap way for anyone to get a flash dryer
@@baavproductions do you think this will make puff ink puff or will I need a converter dryer for that?
labor of love
haloo brow.
Hey Baav, how is it going over there, you have been silent for a while. Missing you lot.
