  I couldnt see any Screen tearing on killer instinct and this whips a pandoras box if u know how to use mame options u can even remap per game, which you cant do on any pandoras box. Only thing these need is a ssd conversion then there bullet proof for CRT 15khz gaming, this is like the OG ver of a MiSter tbh, way ahead of its time, menu look doesnt matter compared to being able to run games like Killer instinct, and can remap Karate Champ to use 2 x Sticks as the orig cabinet had. I have about 20 of these sandwich board arcades from "upgrading" peoples arcades with pandoras boxes and all these really needed is a new power supply or hdd, so ill prob fix em all up an clone to ssd drives with a ide to sata converter then bam Killerinstinct on 15khz with no tearing!❤😊

  As a follow up, I managed to get it to work. Turns out the problem was that the PS4 controller I was using was not an official controller. I bought a cheap one online because my old one had worn buttons. When I hooked up the old one (official PS4 controller), the arcade stick recognized it and now it works.

  I was supposed to buy this back when i first had a supergun. I have a handful of different pandora boxes in my collection. This has killer instinct, outrunners and some other games that never made it to pandoras box. They got a version of that comes with a case and power supply but it costs a bit more

  I think these boxes have so much potential, it's just the chip they use is not powerful enough, and they put that weird filter over everything.

  Those Tekken and Mk4, not PS1 titles. It's Arcade releases of games that work with mame.

  in my experience, using hdmi out on a PB makes the UI absolutely crawl, ive only ever had good luck using the jammas video signal to an arcade CRT at standard resolution.

  4:18 That actually isn't a double game. King of Fighters 98 Combo is a unique hack and rom (kof98cb) that modifies the game in specific ways to enable longer and flashier combos. (taken from SuperCombo Wiki)

  I never understand why they dont upgrade the UI. If you compare this with emulation station and all UIs tofay like Daijisho etc. They all look infinitely better.

  Regarding the trackball when you play arkanoid, you can set up the speed of the movment to get a better experience. 👍
