Hi. I enjoyed the video. I am a Korean user who uses medel devices Sonnet+audio stream. I have a problem with the audio stream and the Galaxy A9(2023) tablet connection. The connection between the Audiokey2 app and the Galaxy A9 tablet was successful. But there is a problem that the sound is not streaming. it doesn't work. I think it can be solved with an Audiokey2 app update or an audio stream firmware update. I am managing the Medel user community in Korea. Please let me know the solution to this. Holy shit..I never thought to look on here for SSD people..😊..I have profound hearing loss in the left ear..i had mumps & measles as a 4 yr old..Doctors at the time didnt really have a scooby do what caused it but suspected it was that because it wasnt picked up at birth..The hearing loss was actually picked up by the school nurse as a 5 or 6 yr old... it makes me laugh a little now because i remember going to see her. She had a box of tuning forks on the desk in front of her and no word of a lie that's she used to determine hearing loss and from then on it was regular hearing checks at the local hospital..The hospital tech was slightly more advanced than a tuning fork! 😮No digital in those days..im in my 50's now...SSD wasnt even considered a disability when i was a kid..bullied to fcuk as kid and totally untreated and left to it.. it fcuked secondary schooling up in the 80's because i couldnt fvuk all in noisy class room, but i did leave school with 5 o'level passes and i did go on to university later in the mid to late 90's..SSD is as frustrating as fcuk.I wanted to join the Royal Marines back in the day,, not a chance.. .Almost certainly contributed to the underlying anxiety issues i deal with today...ive never met anyone who has SSD...i dont feel alone at last and i can share my experiences...yayyy

@@medel hallo zusammen, ich lag jetzt 1 1/2 Wochen im Krankenhaus. Mein soundbridge Hörgerät ist verrutscht , weshalb ich im Krankenhaus bleiben musste. Die Oberärztin die mich letztes Jahr 2 mal operiert hat, kam zu mir. Es stellte sich tatsächlich raus, dass das implantat verrutscht ist. Das erste Antibiotikum hat nicht geholfen. Also bekam ich ein neues und ich musste bleiben. Paar Tage später ging es mir immer noch nicht besser, sondern eher schlechter. Also habe ich mir Gedanken gemacht und habe dann gesagt, dass ich möchte, daß sie das implantat entfernen. Begeistert waren die 2 nicht, aber ich blieb dennoch Standhaftig. 2 Tage später sollte ich das implantat raus operiert bekommen. Da es aber im stationären Verlauf zu Problemen mit meinem ex Freund kam, weshalb die Polizei wegen mir informiert wurde , und die Kollegen fast jeden Abend an meinem Bett standen und es die Ärzte mitbekommen haben, wurde die op nicht gemacht. Stattdessen haben die einen Psychiater hinzu gezogen um zu prüfen, ob ich derzeit in der Lage bin Entscheidungen zu treffen oder ob ich einen Betreuer benötige 😡 geht gar nicht!!!!! 😡😡😡

Hello, I have a Sonnet 2 device, and the Audiostream device as well. My Android phone is compatible with it. It worked great until some months ago, when it began to fail to connect via Bluetooth. Now, every now and then, it disconnect on its own and, lately, it fails to reconnect again. I dissociated the Audiostream from my phone and then I followed the instructions of this video. Firstly, it connected successfully, but now it is impossible for my phone to find the Audiostream device by using the Audio key 2 app. What's wrong with it? Lately, it suddenly drop the Bluetooth connection. Can you help me please? Any advices? Thanks.
