@@grannsnewadventures8450 i would do it again but the arms i would make from alu. As longer as the parts are as flexible they become. Now i have a mill then i only had a 3d printer. Yes indeed a very good way of cloing a concept. But again there is a good reason why its made with alu, vibrations are severe and plastic wont deliver a long term solution. I mean it works but the long parts should be alu for sure better.

@@Kj-bq1xg its an easy build. The rod has to be as precise as possible in diameter so that the drillbit moves not out of center when you pull it down. It works for drilling only end mills break off like spagetti because of the runout. You can drill a hole but that is thanks to the V shaped drillpoint that selfcenters it self.

Please explain how, with the hundreds of old SLR cameras out there, that someone would know that the focus screen from this Konica is an exact match? There no longer appears to be any Nikon, or other 3rd party split image focus screens available for the D700. So what you have shown in your vid is crazy, and just so improbable and unlikely that I have just bought one (old Konica) myself to prove that it is wrong! In what kind of world can this frustrating problem have such a fairytale solution? I guess I’ll soon know, when the Konica arrives. And im 100% certain that i was not the first one who did discover this phenomenon. The split circle focus can be bought btw. I would say 98,5% overlap and it gives repeatable tacksharp images. Well think about what engages the ziggzagg motion. And then think about what it hinders to go straight. The knob for ziggzagg does this. So ungunk the knob/switch like i explain. When that worked good when not make me a clip of the problem
Quick question - does the sewing hook on your machine spin freely? On all the machines I've encountered, this is my first Pfaff, the hook is locked in place and can only be moved by turning the flywheel. However on my newly acquired Pfaff 362, I can spin it freely by hand at the bobbin area. I have a problem that I'm trying to resolved and think that this maybe the cause. Unfortunately I don't have another machine to compare. Thanks
Hi The bobbinshuttle has to be fixated with the needleplate. When loose: Take the needleplate of turn it and the will be a notch were the bobbinshuttle will be insertet. You have to position the bobbinshuttle lets say finger to it, pointing to the left, and the place the needleplate notch onto that finger. Screw the screws back inplace and check the movment.

Simply Brilliant Martin. I have begun refilling my pfi-1000 ink carts using ink from Pfi-1700 carts. I am going to add your Lasso modification as a precaution. You saved me from worrying about the day one or more of the springs fail. I can sleep well now. Thank you for sharing your great (cheap and effective) solution. Scott

mensch, da bin ich auch grade bei... echt schlimm wie meine 332 Aussagh! Auf der Automatic ÜBERALL schubsdick Fett verteilt. Um das zu reinigen hab ich sie Ausgebaut, um nicht die restliche Maschine zu versauen. und ich habe mehrere durchgänge gebraucht. Natürlich waren DIE Stellen wo welches hätte sein SOLLEN Furztrocken! Zahnräder , Reibstellen an den Nocken. Auch sonst war die Maschine übermässig mit Öl voll. Leute: nach dem Ölen bitte die maschine von allem überschuss reinigen. Einige zeit laufen lassen/benutzen, und dann nochmal nachschauen. Evtl nachölen. besonders wenn vorher mit alkohol alles weggewaschen wurde.. da dauert es einige zeit bis sie wieder überall geölt ist. ich hatte schon maschinen die ich gereinigt und geölt habe, und die nach 1 st laufzeit wieder fest wurden. da muss man halt nochmal ran. deshalb sollte man maschinen auch ne weile testen/ nutzen nachdem man sie gewartet hat, und nicht sofort weiterverkaufen. aber alles unnötige öl wird auf dauer nur als feiner film im gesamten Maschinen Inneren verteilt und bildet einen prima film um staub und dreck festzuhalten. Die maschinen sollten sauber und trocken innen sein! und nur an den stellen geölt werden , die auch in der Anleitung erwähnt wird! In meinem Fall war der Untertransport lose und ging ncht mehr. als ich nachgesehen habe, war klar warum. die halteschraube am gestänge war total verölt und alles durchgedreht. egebnis: der untertransport ging nicht mehr! was letztlich dazu führte dass die maschine stillgelegt wurde! Mann kann also sehr wohl "Zuviel des guten " tun... PS WD 40 ist nicht geeignet, vor allem sollte nicht gesprüht werden !(Siehe oben) Am besten ist Reinigungspetroleum geeignet (KEIN Lampenöl!) und oder Isopropanol(Reinigungs alkohol. Danach Nöhmaschinenöl wie gehabt. Wer sich rantraut dies alles zu tun sollte vorher die gebrauchsanweisung einsehen wo und wie gewartet wird! Prima Video, danke fürs hochladen!

oui, je ne peux vous aider qu'avec des SMS, mon français est inexistant. Prenez un peu de térébenthine, de diesel ou de térébenthine orange et versez-le dans le joint gommé. Le joint DOIT être chaud. Utilisez un sèche-cheveux ordinaire pour le réchauffer. Le problème vient généralement d’une résine protectrice injectée dans la machine pour la protéger de la rouille. Mais avant la vente, le vendeur aurait dû retirer la résine protectrice. Très peu de détaillants ont pris cela au sérieux. Ainsi, cette résine est liquéfiée avec les solvants. En combinaison avec la chaleur et le mouvement, les articulations deviennent généralement plus flexibles. Si la méthode échoue. Sortez le groupe levier du boîtier, j'ai fait une vidéo pour ça en allemand, non je ne la traduis pas en français, mais vous pouvez voir tout ce qui doit être fait dans la vidéo.

I had trouble understanding the point you were trying to make. I understand that saws cut better when you have a chisel point versus the standard round point. To improve on this it's best to show the process than trying to explain it. I would have like to see you actually sharpen the chain. "Show me how vs Telling me how." Thanks.
Well the edge of the saw tooth cut like a chisel. So sharpen them like a chisel. Thats it. I did show that with 3-5 strokes. There are dozens of clips out on how to use a file but non on the idea of how the cutting takes place. And when you understood the idea you will know how to file the tooth. Namingly like a chisel edge. 38-50° degree. Thats it

Una jeringa ayuda con esto. Calentar todo bien durante 5 minutos. Luego agregar aceite de máquina de coser al mecanismo. Puedes utilizar aceite de parafina como aceite para máquinas de coser. O aceite medicinal blanco. También es posible utilizar aceite hidráulico. Lo que no pertenece a una máquina de coser es el WD40. Se trata principalmente de éter de petróleo, que no es un lubricante sino un disolvente. Las piezas de la máquina deben lubricarse con aceite o grasa. Un solvente no lubrica, diluye los lubricantes para que sean más fáciles de distribuir, pero como está escrito, el éter de petróleo es un solvente. Una vez que hayas lubricado las articulaciones, muévelas hasta que funcionen sin problemas. Eso es todo. Feliz costura.

@@fearlyenrage I have an issue with grey channel, cleaning cycles all the way to deep cleaning did not help, called canon they said purge unit and they will not help further, no local canon service anymore and out of warranty, I need better access to the purge pad and hopefully if I get it cleaned I get my printer to work properly.
@@photozen8398i would sell the printer with the openness that it isnt working properly to a self diy repairguy. And buy me another one used but functioning. I got those printers in Europe for under 200$ I bought 1 here used for 1€ because the old owner left the printer alone after it had him fallen down. He dint even try to use it. I did and had luck. It is a steardy printer. And i can tell you the pro 100 is a better selfrefill printer anyway. Way easier and the print qualitly is enough for me. The pro 1000 is somewhat to undersized. Interestingly a 2000 pro is more attractive now for me after 3 Years of use.

I have just bought a new canon 1000. Would you suggest putting the fishing line in when I instal the cartridges right from the start? It seems a good idea to me but have I missed something? what did you end up doing?
Heat it up with a hair dryer, move it around, clean it with alcohol. then oil again. repeat if necessary. If a hair dryer doesn't work, you can, for example, heat screws with a soldering iron. They expand. then penetrating oil or wd40. Mind you ONLY to flush out old resinified oil that slows everything down. I have the impression that this is always misunderstood. Shortly after cleaning, of course, everything works fine... but it only stays that way for a short time. But the real purpose is to oil them with sewing machine oil afterwards. you don't have to overdo it either. WD40 is usually a mixture of acetone and thin oil. which means that the oil is further liquefied and comes together with the acetone to the resinified areas and dissolves everything and washes it out. However, it is NOT a lubricant. it should also not be sprayed over a large area, this only attracts dirt and forms a sticky layer of dirt everywhere. Best used with a tube on the nozzle. once everything has been warmed up and cleaned (WD40, petroleum, alcohol or whatever you think is right), the machine is oiled in the right places with a few drops. more is not necessary. Under no circumstances should the drive belt come into contact with oil or wd40. well, I hope that helps ;-)

Yeah why should i show that? Anyone who has the problem knows it. The cartridge wont getout. Thats why i did fumble the rope in and over the release.

@@kaistiepel Also dein Name scheint Deutsch zu sein... Du musst mit einer langen Pinzette einen doppelt geknoteten starken Faden über die Entriegelung legen. Wie? Teste das an einer funktionierenden Entriegelung. Das Problem liegt daran das eine Noppe an dem Mechanismis abbricht. Das Problem ist Canon bekannt.
@@fearlyenrage also die Schnur über die nicht auswerfbare Patrone drüber heben. Werde ich versuchen. Der Drucker wurden bereits ausgetauscht. Ich habe für alle Farben 2-4 Ersatzpatronen vorrätig. Da liegt richtig Geld rum. Wäre schon schlimm, wenn der Drucker nicht mehr funktioniert. Ich habe ein Board gefunden, wo viele Leute über dieses Problem diskutieren, das scheint also oft vor zu kommen…
@@kaistiepel nicht über die Kartusche! Unter der Kartusche nach hinten über die Entriegelung. Wie bereits geschrieben, finde dem gesunden Mechanismus heraus wie und wo die Schnur ziehen muss. Es sind die 1. Zwei Füsschen wie im Clip zusehen. Du schaffst das schon
Also bei mir ist bei der Paff60 der Hebel abgebrochen. Der an der Stichlängeneinstellung. Ich habe alles entharzt, gereinigt geölt und sie läuft problemlos. Aber der Hebel (vorwärts/rückwärts?) sitzt so saublöd dass ich erst mal schlau mache bevor ich den weiter versuche rauszukriegen. Schraube innen am hebel geht locker, aber rausgehen tut nix🙁 Es ist eine Schwarze Maschine und die gefällt mir echt gut. Evtl rüsten ich die mit Motor aus aber erst wenn ich sie zum Laufen bringe.... Frage an dich: bekommt man solche Hebel noch neu oder muss ich nach einem gebrauchten schauen? Passen vielleicht Teile von der Pfaff 6 oder Pfaff 90? Das sieht ja alles sehr ähnlich aus von außen. Heisst aber noch lange nicht das es auch passt hinterher😉😬🤔🤘
Wie ich grade lese hat scar throw auch so ein Problem. Ich werde die Heizpistole mal ansetzen, die elektrik ist hier zwar im weg aber nur Licht. Und alles bröselig. Die knipst ich ab und mach was neues dran.. Der lichtknopf ist nämlich auch halber ab. Mann Mann... Sowie was schwergängige wird, wird druff rumgedengelt bis es kabutt ist😬🙄🙄Genau das selbe wie bei Fenster und Türgriffe... Anstatt dass man mal bissje Öl drauf macht bei Zeiten..

Wir revidieren, restaurieren und erledigen eher kleinere Reparaturen und auch das nur auf Vorausskasse, dann haben wir kein Kapital in Ersatzteilen gebunden. Kenn paar Kollegen die haben so 40 halbe Maschinen rumstehen. Macht keinen wirtschaftlichen Sinn für uns ^^ Auf Ebay Kleinanzeigen wirste sicher auch fündig.

Hallo Leute, ich kenne auch das gezeigte Problem mit dem nicht funktionierendem Zick Zack, von mehreren Pfaff Maschinen. Das Problem sind, zwei verbaute Hebel aus Aluminium. Diese laufen nicht mehr auf der führenden Stahlwelle. Geholfen hat, das Ölen des Mechanismus es mit Krichöl und so lange bewegen und ölen bis er wieder läuft. Dazu die Nadelstange von Hand, rechts, links schieben und den Verstellmechanismus bedienen. Dabei mit dem Anlasser eine langsame Drehzahl vorgeben. Das ganze dauer eine gute Stunde, dann läuft der Zickzack wieder. Nur Geduld und Gefühl haben, die Mechanik läuft dann ewig.
Hi. Das Problem ist der Harz nicht die Mechanik und welche Hebel sollen das denn präzise sein bei der gezeigten 362 ? Und nur ölen wollen bringt auch nichts wenn der Harz nicht flexibel wird hilft nur zerlegen und mit Diesel oder ähnlichem Lösemittel das Harz entfernen. Und an der Nadelstange manipulieren wenn die Maschine läuft ist keine gesunde Idee da kann man sich ganz schön die Finger einklemmen.

Sytem ist ne Granate! Kostet halt was aber dafür kann man endlos MFT Platten herstellen. Es schleicht sich halt ein additioneller Bemessungsfehler ein. Wenn man nicht von der Mitte des Musters nach aussen arbeitet. Aber der Erfinder weiss das, wie er entsteht kann ich nur mutmassen. Schlimm is es ned 1-3 mm je nach Grösse des Musters halt.

It looks to me like when he takes the stitch width unit out, the little bent finger on the very end is facing up. After taking it apart to clean it, when he puts it together, it is facing down. Does anyone else see that? You have to use your pause button to really see it.
Correct you have to move the unit some what to get it out.
@@fearlyenrage no, I mean when he takes it apart and puts it back together, the last little piece that is installed that looks like a little bent l shape, which also has a set screw to hold the whole piece together is pointed the opposite direction when he removes it from the machine, but when he reinstalls that piece he turned it 180°. It's hard to see but watch it closely.
@@patriciapetersen8607 i made the clip by myself so i can assure you certain that you have to fumble the part inside slitghly. the bend finger has to endup at the topside to engage with the gear inside. When you want to clean the machine from the gunky resin then take a hairdryer and warm the machinebody to 40-60°C. Oil all joint deliberately try to move all joints. When you dint succed use Dieselfuel first on the intact machine. And then finaly when nothing helped take the machine apart and film what you do and and do that outside your house. Smells horrible! !!!!!!!!!!!Mark anypart connection with a sharpy so you see where what has been connected!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why?! Because to reset the machine interconnection mechanism is the hardest part you have to do. It has to been done accurate to 0.05mm - 0.15mm or the machine will not function proper. Use oil, then a fan, then Diesel, then , a screwdriver! Good luck happy sewing! :)

Bei mir lässt sich die Zickzack-Einheit beim besten Willen nicht herausnehmen, sie bewegt sich nicht einen Millimeter. Gibt es hierfür einen Tipp?
Laden Sie die Justieranleitung runter. Dort ist das Herausnehmen erklärt. ABER Sie können mit der Maschine in Garten. Dort nehmen se ein wenig Örangenterpenten und tüpfeln den auf die Gelenke. Dann mal alles 5min einwirken lassen. Die Terpentene im Orangenöl dürften auch gehen um des Harz zu lösen. Wenn das kalt also bei 20°C nicht fruchtet dann nehmen Se den Fön und wärmen die Gelenk oben im Gehäuse auf 50-70°C dann Maschinen Öl in die Gelenke. Wenn das nicht geht fragen Se nomalnach hier. Grüsse und sowas :)
Danke für den Tipp. Aber leider bewegt sich die Einheit überhaupt nicht. Um diese von innen herausdrücken zu können, muss ich wohl alle übrigen Bauteile dort erst einmal entfernen. Das ist ärgerlich, dachte, es geht einfacher.
@@annetteweidauer2149 wenn Sie den Fön und das Orangenterpenten einsetzen dann wird das zu 90% klappen. Die Einheit entfernen würd ich nicht machen wenn es nicht nötig ist und mit der Fönmethode klappt. Denn das einstellen das auf die Entnahme folgt dauert eine gute Weile lang.
Ich habe PFAFF 360. Das Zickzackrädchen lässt sich gut einstellen, aber die Maschine näht weiterhin nur gradstich. Woran liegt es?
Die Zickzackeinrichtung ist verklebt. Das ist die Mechanik die, wenn man den Deckel aufmacht, in der Mitte hinten der Maschine. Suchen Sie nach einer Justieranleitung der Maschine und zerlegen Sie die Mechanik bis die Gelenke frei gelegt sind. Dann polieren Sie die Gelenke sauber so das alles Harz entfernt ist was die Zickzackmechanik behindert. Dann alles grosszügig ölen und wieder zusammensetzen. Wenn das zu perfekt ist... Dann nur mal den Fön nehmen die Mechanik auf ca. 60° C erwärmen jedes Gelenk schön ölen und dann bewegen. Das mit dem Fön kann aber muss nicht funktionieren. Der erst Teil meiner Anleitung funktioniert. Viel Erfolg.
