Our 3 locations are Addison, Denison, and Conroe. Give our admissions team a call at 972-735-9099 and they can answer any question you have. Let them know you were sent from KZread!
I’m terrified. Questioning if this Is really what u want to do?? 🤣🤣🤣
Those stalls had my heart in my throat!!! N then it was completely out after he did his first spin. After his second, I started to feel better again. That’s insane!! N I want to b a commercial pilot 🤣🤣🥲🥲
Elevator!!! Ground school paying off for something.
Embry riddle
High wing gaves better shade on sunny days. 😆
What are the pitch angles for up and down?
How much is flight school altogether?
Damn, she’s absolutely beautiful….. The person in the video isn’t bad either.
You mention transmit code 1200 for VFR, but show the gyro compas being adjusted. I'm a smarty pants lol.
If you think of good answers after the interview, then you didn't prepare beforehand. You do know the questions coming if you prepare.
What are the height minimum and maximums ?
I had a really hard time with the round out timing and my instructor tried a few ways to teach me but what finally clicked was don’t round out until the numbers (my aim point) disappear. Then it got immediately better.
Great Conversation -- learned a lot. Thanks for the insight.
Underneath 110 mark meaning KIAS? sorry I’m only on exercise 10 trying to understand slow flight.
Is that a nod to Ready to Copy from Pilot's Discretion at the end there? 😉 Love it!
2:48 THE TRUMP IMPRESSION😂😂
Nope, YOU CAN NOT LOOK UP INFORMATION. You need to know it all by memory. My FAR-AIM looks like a car ran over it. I have several tabs and can find everything quickly. As far as the left turning tendencies you better know all 4 of them by memory. No looking it up.
The DPE at our school comes in shorts and a terrible tie-shirt. PS, you cannot use reference materials in your check-ride. You need to have it all by memory. You cannot even look it up in the FAR-AIM. Of course you need to know the flight rules, VFR rules, airspace and so on. But you also need to know all the other information.
Terrible music!
This is brilliant! I especially appreciated the discussion on round-out vs flare - really great stuff! Keep it up!
She’s looks like she cried hard before making this video
Very thorough video
Do you guys have any schools opening up around Arlington?
The closest one to you is about 40min away in Addison! We also offer student housing in all locations. Come down and take a tour!
Don’t you have instruments to read? For example if the plane is 5ft or 10ft whatever above ground do round out, just read the damn altimeter?
Visited the school and it looks amazing. Great planes as well.
@DanielAbrantes20 I was looking into taking a tour as well. If you wouldn’t mind me asking how’d you go about the process? And what location did you visit?
@@Flywithjay22I actually just toured the Conroe location today, is that the one you were interested in?
🤘
Full readback will save your rear end (legally speaking) if ATC messes up (assuming, of course, the messup doesn't lead to a fatal crash)
Can you do a video about the effects of the planform on aerodynamics? Things such as instability of low wings on the base to final turn, aspect ratio, et cetera?
Regarding Tip #2. I know most of you won't like this but I find that looking at the Horizon does not help me judge my sink rate as some of you folk claim. I've mastered another technique (rightly or wrongly) which is to look just to the left of the nose about 10m ahead. It has worked for me since flying the the PA28 24 years ago all the way through to to the A320, B787 and B747. Hasn't failed me once.
Just passed my CFI check ride yesterday! Best piece of advice I can offer about it is to know where to find everything. Your DPE doesn't expect you to know everything off the top of your head but he will expect you to know where to find it. Great video guys!
Congratulations! passed mine 2 months ago. I can say the same.
Be careful letting students get into mistakes when IFR. Entering a hold backwards can be deviating from a clearance and you cannot allow that to happen as an instructor.
Can international students become instructors?
Love the hat I got the same one for my team
I passed my CPL earlier in May but I remember using your advices on that checkride. Thanks alot
Step 2: start the engine Step 3: realize you forgot the chocks
That rangers hat doesn’t look right with your uniform.
Do NOT put in flaps, almost busted my CFI ride because of this video. AFH specifically says clean configuration flaps and landing gear down
I needed this
Excellent content
They are chasing the paycheck period
A woman's touch is invaluable
Got it
Great video the main reason why I filled my instrument check right twice it was because nervousness and confidence
Che k with there's to see flight instructor pass rate, you want someone who's a good teacher never a time builder
Does it have to be exact values or is it an approximation for ‘how much fuel’ or ‘how much longer’?
im curious how these students explain their experiences lesrning to deal and get comfortable with the Texas turbulence/ thermals in the summer
What's the cost to obtain a CFI rating?
Brilliant! a welcome review, with thanks from an old pilot.
