@@fenixxx56 yeah I head that quad is an option as well but more rare and only just started doing it. Doctors told me patellar tendon is very strong graft and usually used for athletes while hamstring graft is usually used for non athletes. Idk a whole lot about quad tendon graft so if I were you, I would ask your doctor for more info!

Lot’s of PT exercises as instructed! Had to start out with simple things like legs raises, flexing quads and calves. Then slowly putting weight down when allowed too and walking but leg had to be in the straight leg brace.

His level dropped and he couldn’t handle the athleticism anymore and actually retired this year after leaving FC Cluj. His last two clubs were in Romania and Poland. A peak Konoplyanka would be very helpful at this tournament!

The guys up front simply never had their balls in their pants and shot at goal. 72% possession of the ball and did nothing with it. I really noticed that we always have a very, very difficult time when we have the ball. Unfortunately, we are more of a counterattacking team that feels much more comfortable in the underdog role... Now Belgium has also lost, a draw would have been better for us. Hey bro! I know it is different for everyone. I definitely had a lot of numbness and swelling around my knee but not all the way down to my ankle. I’m sure its fine and just your bodies way of healing but I would ask your doctor/physical therapist if I were you. You go it bro best of luck in recovery process💪
