hi ,pleas can you help me, we have a syntec lathe 21TA and a yaskawa servo for milling on it. its keep giving us this alarm ( regenerative overload + unsatisfied command conditions) . the servo runs of like 5 sec then the first alarm appears then keeps working for like couple more sec then the second alarm comes up and the servo stops. we cant find a solution

How do you set 3" wide table surfacing bits? The carbide inserts are on the edge and the touch off would be in the center of the bit.

I’m a custom furniture maker. I only use my cnc for templates or engraving/decorative accents. The actual piece is made by hand.
@@joeymerrell8585 huh? Then.. instead of every part being perfectly in size, always, you opt out for panel saw, where you have way more chance of making mistake? OR you dont use appropriate programs? Or youre making furniture out of... branches or something that cannot be machined? I mean... how custom should it be to not machine it? it takes me about an hour to cut a sheet of laminate(2070x2800mm), cnc does that in... 10-15minutes? Multiply it by~ 7sheets per kitchen, 24 kitchens a year that i make on saw, because i dont yet have cnc.... I just dont see how and why would you choose saw over cnc...
@@klavsvasilis because I'm a craftsman. I make handmade custom furniture. I do mill my own material. I rarely use a piece of plywood. It's always hardwood. Plus a cnc cant bend wood, I can.
