It’s super weird that a ladder is an “extra” in a loft floorplan but other than that I love these new hybrid rv/tiny house units.

Unfortunately this one has sold so we no longer have a sale price on it anymore. The MSRP was around $41,000 so it would be significantly cheaper than that!
When to an Rv clearance events and for that camper they still wanted $15000. CAN what a rip off. Listed price $18000. That camper $8000 tax in i believe is more realistic

For us with sheddy dogs, I'm so happy it doesn't have floor heat vents. The heat vents are on the lowest step and on the side
Horrible things to build a camper!
We bought one in 2019. The paint is already failing on the cap on top. Clear coat wasn’t applied properly. Solar system was replaced with in 18 months. Controller fail also flexible panel. Many of the door on the cabinets have warped and are bowed now. Much of the trim pieces on the walls have fallen off. Most of the staples were shot through the trim pieces. Speaker on the outside have failed twice. Even though not stored facing the sun. Bathroom faucet failed in two years and needed replacement because seals were no longer available. Strap on water tank broke on first trip. Which I replaced while on a trip. We like our RV and have a great time with it, but the craftsmanship is very poor. My advice is learn from us and spend a few hours inspecting before taking ownership. Dealing with the service department was unreasonable wait scheduling and was told many of the issues needed to be resolved at the factory. We live in SoCal so that was not cost effective to do!

Nope the dry weight is under 6,000lbs at 5,725! The GVWR is higher yes
Instead of "first timers" maybe use the term "campers". Those of us who like to actually camp, not bring an apartment on wheels, love this type of camper. Get off the ground, some of us due to health/age issues need power for CPAP or whatever, but we want to be outdoors instead of just setting up a hotel. Maybe I'm biased /shrug
