  Hie, here in Zimbabwe our staple food is Sadza that is made of maize meal.the process of making our Sadza is the same on how you make your fufu. We eat our Sadza with any kind of meat, beans ,fish,fresh vegetables like rape,tsunga,covo or even with dried vegetables called mufushwa.

  Allo! Je suis des Philippines. The food looks delicious. We have a snack here in the Philippines we call "suman" which is made from coconut rice wrapped with coconut leaves. I wish I could taste your food. Thanks for sharing your culture!

  You must not stay right in Yaounde before visiting Tiko, there are nice hotels in some near by cities not far from Tiko where you can stay if you don’t want to stay in Tiko. Tiko do have hotels but not the high class ones, not fancy.

  I was born in Tiko in 1955 I live in South Australia now but in September I am coming to Tiko as I have always thought of Tiko as home. My parents are English my father was a civil engineer working here
