  What is done with submitted plans? What's the point? Do people get judged by their plans? If someone has a plan to take over the entire industry are they really supposed to share that plan? What happens if someone submits a lousy plan before the deadline? Is it basically someone can have drinks at the local pub with some non relative, have a little chit chat?

  It should only be about your education, so no need to share plans for takeover of the entire industry, but the rest are questions for the GOC. Their aim with the CET > CPD change seems to be regulating the profession in a more mature fashion. How the profession responds is another matter

  Sounds like a bit of paperwork nonsense to me, like this lady talking about a "dry eye kit", I would rather hear her say she read all the studies on dry eye over the past year. Continuing education is great but talking to a peer could be unproductive unless that peer has great knowledge to share. If there is great knowledge, it should be shared with many, like in a group meeting.

  Can i know why fluorescein cannot show dead cells unlike rose bengal stain. Why cannot we use mydriatic drops instead of paracine drops while staining.

  I have zero idea what these lenses actually do or how. Are these lenses, are they using electricity and some kind of software, are they lenses you could put in any glasses frame or do you have to buy some ugly virgin certified frame like those 3d movie glasses.

  I got laser treatment and now I have a scratch on my eye where everything in that area is blurred. Also, it did not lower my pressure at all. Dr has actually increased my drops.

  @@ulicesventura11 i’m still struggling with it, the infection is rejecting the treatment and has caused the problems around the eye… I also have scleritis together with Acanthamoeba

  One of the worst lenses i have ever used. Distortion on the periphery causes swim effect which can lead to symptoms similar to vertigo. Do not walk, run! There are so many better options.
