  I found Safari was the problem. I found going through the website logging in like that I stumbled into a screen that ask if I wanted to use Chrome.. that solved the problem. Even though my phone is set to use chrome as default the app still wanted to use safari. Hope this helps

  I tried everything it doesn't work. Whats happening is that I tried to log in but it brings me to there website but for 3 seconds it crashes and brings me to the log in Page. It keeps happening. Please help.

  Contacted Resmed today for help. Myair app would only show my Airsense 10 model that I used for 5 years. I was told that I needed to set up a new email address, enter my newer model Airsense 11 info. I contacted my cpap supplier with my new email address....and MYAIR app works now! FINALLY AFTER 1.5 YEARS!

  the absolute worst experience and not only does the app not work but the online site is just as bad. I wish I could sue them for all the trouble this has caused. All the obstacles they give you and verification and send a text then it still does not work is crazy.

  This actually worked. Coinbase was not up to date when I first tried to connect and afterwards kept getting the same error message.

  I'm on a google phone using the app(many regrets). I had to go to my phone app setting -> special app settings. Found it there, not showing in my yt settings.

  Scrap that. It still didn't work. I have closed yt app and reset my phone. Setting remains off, still goes to small window. Ugh. Going to uninstall and reinstall to see if that works.

  None of these worked if I uninstall and reinstall do I need to remap the house again? The shark robot shows wifi connected but the app says disconnected.
