  Negan isn’t “in love” with Maggie. He’s in love with ANNIE. Remember her? He needs Maggie to forgive him, but she never really will. He’ll have to live with it. Like she will never “get over” watching him *gleefully* murder her husband in cold blood .

  Blaming Lydia is messed up. How’s it her fault? She wanted to stay with the Whisperers to avoid all this killing. It was Henry who convinced her to stay. Blaming Lydia doesn’t make sense. Blame Alpha for being an abusive, manipulative, violent, bald, a-hole.

  Rick is broken. He’s been trapped for almost eight years at this place. He has no true friends or allies there. He figuratively killed himself on the first episode after a literal attempt to do so. He’s traumatized and has PTSD. He needed Michonne to help break through the walls he set up to protect himself. I was frustrated with Rick too but I felt bad for him as well. He was alone here and never thought he would see her or Judith again so he just killed that part of himself. I’m happy Michonne was able to bring him out of that trauma!!

  I came away from this episode being very disappointed in Rick. That feeling has stayed with me for days as I watch reaction videos. I'm glad they are addressing the fact that places, people and things change over time. They were separated for a very long time. However, I don't like Rick hurting his wife in order to persuade her to leave. I was disappointed in the the writing. We are all looking for the Rick we once knew...just like Michonne.

  It’s 7 years. Michonne has only been gone a little over 1 year from the kids. The 2nd episode picks up right from when she left the main show. We then see a passage of time when she and Nat are stuck in the home goods store when she looks up at the skyline. We see fall, then winter, and then fall again. That’s another year. So she and Rick meet up a little bit around year 7 after the bridge.

  Michonne looking down on the military base and that view, just wow. It puts into perspective just how primitive every other community they've come across has been in comparison. Even the Commonwealth is small fry compared to the might of the CRM.

  The Timeline Danai did a great job in interviews of clearing up the time line. in TWD 6 years after the bridge Judith is a precocious 12 year old and RJ a 5 year old. That Rick had been gone a total of 9 years. Michonne finds Rick's things on a boat. We learn from Okafore that the items that Michonne found came from Ricks 3rd escape attempt. 5 years after the bridge where he chops of his hand is the 4th escape attempt, and joining the CRM in the 6th year after the bridge was his 5th escape attempt which failed again because of a child. Rick stops after that when he realises that Michonne and their family will be killed because Okafor knows where they are. Therefore, in the scene where he is flying the helicopter, and you see NOW on the screen. That is present day, which is 9 years after the bridge... Michonne has accidentally stumbled across Rick almost killing him.

  Good call on Bran. It's really a litmus test if you understood the story. Only 5 of the 7 books are completed, roughly to the end of S5, where Jon gets killed, Cersei does the walk of shame and Dany is surrounded by the Dothraki.

  Rossitas death was executed well. she was my favourite character and her death ment alot and how beautiful it looked was amazing. This whole finale was also a 10/10 finale it was well executed and had everything the fans wanted for a finale.

  The variant walker have been around since season one. The second episode with Rick and Glenn being chased in the rain by walkers. Not to mention the walker that climbed the fence in the very same episode.

  Na ur not meant to think of them as cannon from s1 since the only reason the Walkers where that smart and could actually run was because s1 had different directors, nothing more than that

  @@OnTheHorizon- So no variant walkers in s1, but variant walkers in s11? The later directors brought variants back for a reason: to make the show a complete package by having season 1 variants make sense and also to make the show its own story/separate from comics/cannon to itself. Any credible director/writer wouldn't want to pretend s1 didn't exist. It makes sense to take the scar from s1 and heal it. Plus, there was plenty of non-canon items in the show. In fact, I can't really recall of a director not taking a single liberty for a change in book to movie adaptations in general. Even Lord of the Rings had non-cannon things.

Answer is never and it also is just simply because of the directors, it’s why they didn’t show up at all during the other season in between but then randomly show up in the last and I’m not complaining either so don’t bother with a paragraph ranting on about some bullshit.

  she won't join him in europe. but this isnt the end of Carol. both Reedus and Gimble pretty much confirmed this. in what way we still dont know. but they have a way of keeping us in the dark until the last moment sometimes
