Banks and other corps don’t care about the working class and our housing crisis. they only care about profit and greed. But they are the 1st to be bailed out when trouble looms..😠

You clearly "forgot" to mention the elephant in the room that contributes the most to inflation - the FED and the government.

Housing controls everything. When people don’t buy houses the economy crashes. This is all controlled y the government and intentional.

It’s a brutal job market and most postings are just recruiters harvesting contact data to sell.

So it really has nothing to do with business operations. It has everything to do with power and egos. CEOs wanting bigger bonuses and Managers needing to be seen as having power. FTS. The world changed. Adapt.

One of my little side gigs I do is as a resume writer who specializes in doing ATS-optimized resumes. And it's not just entry level college kids struggling with this. I've done resumes for executives at Fortune 500 ecommerce and tech companies who also have difficulty finding work. It's brutal out there

I had a business for two years. The amount of time and energy I had to spend to earn a fraction of what I could earn just sitting on the clock at somebody else's business was outrageous.

With the shift in market share over to Michelob Ultra most people didn't even realize that's also an inbev beverage. Also there overseas sales were up as well. Go woke go broke his propaganda and nothing more.

Good video but i don't consider meet kevin a get rich fast channel, it's more like a financial news channel with sponsors. And the graham's show usually just give basic general economic advice, it's a little click bait with the titles but that's how you learn the boring stuff.

I'm fairly new to all of this, but 3% return seems too conservative for passively managed accounts. I haven't seen anyone use anything lower than 5% and most are calling 6-7% a safe assumption after inflation. Why did you use that rate? Also, considering that most people today aren't retiring with even $140k, I don't think its worth just shrugging off as something to help with retirement. I agree that we shouldn't remove all simple pleasures from our budget, but if you're paying $5 a day for coffee you can make at home for $0.5, it might be worth it to someone to cut back to buying coffee out less often at least.

Saving your financial life with not buying *something* a stranger doesn't even know if you buy are not is a meme. I've seen it used to shut aggressive creepy people down... strangely all the people giving the advice are in the video are...aggressive creepy people. It's like having an MRA convention about women constantly having to wash their hair.

Companies don't respect employees and they treat them as disposable replaceable capital and will tell you straight to your face it's profit over people. And employers never show their appreciation for productivity or when you make the company money or when you go above and beyond they just use it to take advantage of you and you keep working and getting them more money and missing out on your own life hoping it'll pay off one day and it never does and people are waking up to it. How we work in America is way screwed up You shouldn't have to go to a specific place from 9:00 to 5:00 every day or risk losing your house and home and we don't get enough vacation time or sick time and even then your boss is like oh come on take one for the team we need you to come in today it's just as hustle hustle hustle culture but we're not getting anything in return. It's like we're having our good work ethic and American values used against us

Job security so if I'm a good boy I get to be chained to this particular desk for the rest of my life and don't have to find another desk to chain myself too. And maybe after 20 years of faithful dedicated employment the company will give me a balloon and an ink pen to show their appreciation

I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $450k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.

Safest approach i feel to tackle it is to diversify investments. By spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown. its important to seek the guidance of an expert

It's true that many people underestimate the importance of advisers until their own feelings burn them out. A few summers ago, following an ongoing divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my company afloat. I looked for licensed advisors and found someone with outstanding qualifications. She has contributed to my reserve increasing from $275k to $850k regardless of inflation.
